Hi and welcome to this meditation in which we will manifest a new reality for ourselves.
Let me first brief you that how we will be practicing this meditation,
Because for effective manifestation it is important to understand the technique first.
Many a times we feel stuck at a place in our lives and it seems that nothing is moving the needle for us.
It's time to change that.
This meditation is designed to effectively manifest whatever you desire and hence create a new reality for yourself.
For this we will be following what is called the Be Do Have model.
Most of us are conditioned by the society to follow a very ineffective model of manifestation.
We first want to have resources,
Then we will do what we desire to do and then we will be happy.
So the model that most of us have been following is a Have Do Be model.
Let's reverse this and see how it works for us.
Let's follow a Be Do Have model in which we will first be happy,
Then do the action and then have the things we desire.
When you are already being happy,
Fulfilled and at peace,
You manifest that into your life and you attract the same outcome.
This meditation will help you be in that state of peace and happiness.
I will be guiding you through this meditation using some tools of manifestation.
So I would now request you to sit in a comfortable position.
Just make sure that your back is straight but not too stiff.
Now gradually close your eyes.
Feel the presence of your surroundings.
Imagine the room or the space around you.
Feel the weight of your body on the couch,
Chair,
Mattress,
Cushion or floor.
And listen to the sounds around you.
Bring your attention to your breathing now.
Inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth.
And let your awareness follow the flow of air in through your nose,
Through your windpipe,
Into your lungs and back from your lungs to the windpipe and out through the mouth.
Let's start.
Take a deep breath in.
Feel your lungs filling with air and exhale.
And five more complete breaths.
Then exhale.
Now listening.
It's time to use our tool number one,
That is Sankalpa or Intention.
By simply declaring your Sankalpa or Intention,
You tell the universe what you want to create and the universe sets in motion all events that will make your Sankalpa come true.
Now say in your heart three times what you want to become.
For example,
If you want to become happy and peaceful,
Say,
I am happy and peaceful.
Or if you want to become a world leader,
Say,
I am a world leader.
Go ahead and declare your Sankalpa three times.
Tool number two is Kriyatagyata or Gratitude.
I will be saying out the words of Kriyatagyata and you can repeat after me in your heart.
I thank you universe for helping me manifest my desires.
I thank you universe for helping me manifest my desires.
I thank you universe for helping me manifest my desires.
Tool number three is Elevating Emotions and for this I would request you to place one or both hands of yours on your heart and either think of a person whom you love deeply or think of an event in the past that made you really happy.
Now feel the love for this person or happiness due to that event in your heart deeply as if your hands are transferring that loving energy to your heart.
Now you can place your hands back to their original position.
Tool number four is Visualization and I would ask you to remember this Sankalpa or intention that you made at the beginning of this meditation and now imagine and visualize how will that situation look like once your desire comes true.
What will you be doing?
Where will you be?
Is there anyone else in that situation with you?
Visualize each and every detail of that situation,
The place,
The people and the aesthetics.
Imagine that there is a rotating knob near your hand which will increase the color and brightness of this situation.
So rotate that knob and increase the color and brightness and make this situation more real.
Keep visualizing as we will move to tool number five which is Listening.
So listen to any sounds that are there in this situation that you are visualizing.
Is someone saying words of love or appreciation to you?
Listen to them.
Keep visualizing as I will bring to number six that is Sensing.
Is there a sense of touch in this situation?
Is somebody shaking your hand or hugging you?
Sense that touch in your body.
And tool number seven is Feeling.
And now feel that happiness and bliss in your body that you are getting out of this situation.
Feel the bliss flowing through your body.
And now you can bring your awareness back to your surroundings.
Imagine the room or the space around you.
Feel the weight of your body.
And listen to the sounds around you.
And now wiggle your toes and move your fingers.
And gradually open your eyes.
Now that you are in a state of being happy and peaceful,
Do the action required and the universe will bring it to you.
As I said before,
By simply declaring your sankalpa or intention,
You are making the universe ready to support you.
So go ahead and declare your sankalpa while reviewing this meditation.
