Hi everybody,
Welcome in my name's Tong.
I'm really happy you guys found these this meditation for today And today's meditation is called Creating Without Comparison.
So we'll be spending the next 20 minutes reconnecting with your own path,
With your own creativity,
And letting go of the pressure to measure yourself against everyone else.
So whenever you're ready.
Gently close your eyes.
And we'll begin.
So begin by taking a slow breath in through the nose.
And soft release.
Again,
Breathe in.
And let it go.
Noticing how you're arriving today.
Maybe you've been scrolling a little too much lately.
Maybe you've been looking at someone else's work and wondering if you're doing enough.
Maybe you're questioned whether your work is good enough,
Original enough,
Worthy enough.
Comparison has a way of making us forget everything we've already created.
So if this has been coming up for you lately,
You're not alone.
And take another slow breath.
And as you exhale,
Allow your shoulders to soften.
Relax your jaw.
And allow your breathing to settle into its own rhythm.
And for the next little while.
Let's come back to your path.
And we'll begin.
By bringing your awareness to the space just above your navel.
To your solar plexus.
Our center for confidence,
For self-worth,
For personal power.
Take a slow breath into this space.
And allow a warm,
Golden light.
To begin glowing.
Notice.
As you've been giving your power away.
Not intentionally.
But every time you compare your beginning to someone else's middle.
On rear.
Or you're behind the scenes to someone else's highlight reel.
And take another slow breath.
Your journey is yours.
Your timing is yours.
Your experiences have shaped you in ways no one else can replicate.
An invitation here to quietly repeat to yourself.
I trust my past.
My work has value.
I don't need to compare to belong.
And rest here.
Allow the Reiki to continue flowing through your solar plexus.
Now.
Bring your awareness to the center of your chest.
Connecting to our heart chakra.
Imagining a soft green or pink light expanding with every breath.
Comparison.
Often pulls us away from gratitude.
It asks us to focus on what we don't have.
Instead.
Let's spend a moment remembering what already exists.
So think about everything you've learned.
The risks you've taken,
The skills you've built.
The people you've impacted.
The moments that made you proud.
No matter how small they seemed at the time.
Take another slow breath.
And offer yourself a little appreciation.
I celebrate my own growth.
I appreciate how far I've come.
My journey matters.
And allow this green light or pink light to spread gently through your entire chest.
You Now bring your awareness.
The space between your eyebrows.
To your third eye.
And imagine deep indigo light beginning to glow.
Take another breath.
And perspective changes everything.
Comparison narrows our focus.
And perspective widens it.
So instead of asking,
Why am I not where they are?
Try asking.
What can I learn from where I am?
Notice.
How different those questions feel.
One creates pressure,
The other creates possibility.
Take another breath.
I trust my timing.
And see my journey clearly.
I choose curiosity over comparison.
And imagine the noise around you becoming quieter.
Your own voice becoming easier to hear.
Continue resting here.
As the Reiki moves gently through your third eye.
Now notice the golden light in your solar plexus.
The green light in your heart.
The indigo light in your third eye.
Confidence,
Compassion.
Perspective.
And allow them to work together.
Slowly breathing in.
Slowly breathing out.
And simply rest.
And begin bringing your awareness back to your physical body.
Back to the breath and to the room around you.
Gently wiggling your fingers and your toes.
Giving yourself a little stretch if that feels good.
Taking one final deep breath in.
Slowly letting it go.
And as you move through the rest of your day.
Remember this.
Someone else's success doesn't take away from your own.
Your creativity has its own rhythm.
Your journey has its own timing.
Keep creating,
Keep growing.
And keep trusting that what you're building matters.
Hmm.
When you're ready,
Softly blinking your eyes open,
Bringing back the physical world back into your.
.
.
Perspective.
Thank you so much for spending this time with me today.
And I hope you take good care of yourself and be well.
