Hello sweet soul,

Welcome to your daily meditation.

I'm Julianne Arce and I'll be your guide during this time.

You've arrived at a sacred pause,

A soft landing for your soul.

A moment to come home to yourself,

To slow down,

To breathe,

To remember the beauty of being alive.

Wherever you are,

However you've arrived,

This space is for you.

There is nothing to fix,

Nowhere to get to,

Only this breath,

Only this moment.

So make yourself comfortable,

Whether seated or lying down.

Support your body,

Wrap yourself in warmth and safety and quiet.

Let the outer world fade and the inner world rise.

Close your eyes if you haven't already and just begin to notice.

You are here,

You are breathing.

You are enough.

Let's begin this practice by becoming mindful of the beauty already present in our lives.

Bring into your heart right here,

Right now,

Three things you are truly grateful for.

Let them rise gently,

No need to search too hard.

Gratitude often lives in the simple quiet corners.

What do you notice?

Is there a smile forming,

A warmth in the chest,

A softness behind the eyes?

Gratitude is not just a feeling.

It is a sacred orientation to life,

A willingness to notice,

To pause,

To whisper thank you even when things are imperfect,

To stop reaching,

Chasing,

Striving,

And to simply receive.

When you tap into gratitude,

What do you feel?

Do you sense more light in your being?

More space around your thoughts?

Do the small things suddenly feel like miracles?

The people around you more precious?

The path ahead more open?

This is the gift of awareness.

This is the alchemy of gratitude.

Let us now journey through the body,

Not to fix anything,

Just to soften,

To surrender,

And to feel.

Bring your attention to your toes and soften them.

Relax the soles,

The tops,

And the heels within your feet.

Let the ankles be easy.

With every exhale,

Release all tension downward into the earth.

Relax your calves,

Your knees,

Even the spaces behind the knees.

Let your thighs melt.

Let the weight of your body settle into the ground.

Feel yourself held.

Relax your hips,

Your sacrum,

And the base of your spine.

Like a river returning to the ocean,

Let go.

Falling,

Falling deeper into the earth,

And soften your low back,

Your middle back,

Your upper back.

Let it all be supported.

Let it all be safe to release.

Now,

Bring awareness to your hands,

Unfurl your fingers.

Feel a gentle tingling of warmth in your palms.

Relax your wrists.

Let the energy flow upwards into your arms,

Your shoulders.

Drop whatever you've been carrying,

The burdens,

The noise.

Let it dissolve.

Now,

The face,

Unclench the jaw,

Soften the cheeks.

Relax the bridge and sides of your nose.

Ease the tension around the eyes.

Feel yourself looking out from behind the eyes,

Calm,

Steady,

At peace.

Smooth your forehead from temple to temple.

Let your face become a reflection of your inner stillness.

Soft,

Serene,

And clear.

Take a long,

Deep breath,

And release.

Again,

And again.

And stay with the breath.

If the mind drifts,

Simply reach out and gather it back,

Like a child returning home.

In this stillness,

Ask again,

What am I grateful for?

Perhaps it's the waves rolling to the shore.

The sun cresting over the mountains.

A handwritten note.

The sound of rain.

The scent of earth after a storm.

The laughter of a child.

The tenderness of your own heart.

Let the memories,

Images,

And sensations rise.

Let them bless you,

Let them remind you.

You are surrounded by beauty.

You are guided by love.

You are never alone.

Breathing in.

Breathing out.

Slowly.

Gently.

Gently.

And peacefully.

I will remain quiet for a little while.

Let the silence be sacred.

Let it speak to you.

If your mind begins to wander,

Gently return it to your breath.

Return to your gratitude.

You are here now,

Breathing well and resting fully.

And when you're ready,

Bring one hand to your heart,

Then the other on top.

Feel your own touch.

Your own aliveness.

Your own quiet strength.

Allow your breath to deepen.

Let your awareness return slowly and softly.

Begin to wiggle your fingers.

Wiggle your toes.

Circle through your wrists and through your ankles.

Stretch if it feels good.

Or simply rest for one more breath.

When you feel ready,

Gently open your eyes.

Notice the light in the room.

The sensation of being in your own body.

Right here.

Right now.

And as you return to the world and take this knowing with you,

You are a vessel of gratitude.

A keeper of stillness.

A being of love,

Light,

And complexity.

Life will still be life.

It will be chaotic,

Breathtaking,

Mundane,

Magical.

But now,

You carry peace within you.

You carry the sacred pause.

May your heart stay open.

May your breath stay soft.

May you always remember gratitude as a practice.

And you are already enough,

Exactly as you are.

Thank you for being here.

Thank you for being you.
