Hello and welcome to Grounded Earth Magic.
My name is Aubrey.
Let's take a couple of deep breaths just to get ourselves started.
Let's take a few deep breaths.
Today we're just going to take a few deep breaths.
We're just going to practice being present.
We're going to work on starting our morning and starting our day with from a place of stillness and calm.
We're not going to worry about anything right now.
There are always going to be responsibilities and things on our lists that need to be done.
And there's always going to be work left over for tomorrow and this can be really really overwhelming at times.
We can become so afraid of whatever it is that is coming up.
We can allow our to-do lists to consume us.
They will if you let it.
That's why it's so important to start finding these places of calm.
It actually allows you to make room in your mind for different solutions to your problems that overthinking didn't think of.
You're able to find solutions that your stress and your fear wouldn't allow you to think of.
You don't want to force it.
You just want to let everything go.
And eventually,
Eventually,
It just goes away.
It settles.
And that's what we're going to be working on today.
So for the next 10 minutes,
We are going to just breathe.
I may talk intermittently,
But this is more so just a time for you to find your self.
Your stillness.
If you have a fear or an unwanted thought come up,
Just observe it as you inhale.
And when you exhale,
You let the smoke settle.
And it dissipates.
I like to end my meditations.
With gratitude and I just feel so much thanks and so much love.
I'm grateful for my blessings.
I'm grateful for my opportunities.
I'm grateful that I have another day to do what I can to make a difference.
I'm grateful for my breath.
And if you haven't already,
Right now is a good time to gently open your eyes.
Maybe take a couple more deep breaths and allow the smoke to settle again.
And remember that you can carry this practice with you throughout the day no matter what comes up.
If you start getting anxious or overwhelmed,
You can step away.
You can take a step away to give your emotions a break.
You can carry this practice with you throughout the day.
Anytime you find yourself overthinking or getting overwhelmed,
Even if you're at work,
You can take a step away.
Give yourself five minutes.
That's all you need.
You can do a lot with five minutes.
You just have to remember.
Be open to new ideas,
New solutions,
Or just allow yourself to feel that calm so that you can get through it.
And you will.
You've got this.
Now go forth and make the best of your day.
You can't always avoid shitty situations,
But you can choose to make the best of them.
Thank you.
Thank you for being here.
I am so proud of you.
