Welcome to Grounded Earth Magic Meditation.
My name is Aubrey and I am so proud of you for showing up today.
It's not always easy to prioritize this time to practice stillness and mindfulness,
But you're here and you're doing it and you should be so proud of yourself.
The effects of mindfulness and meditation are compounding and the more often you carve out this time for yourself,
You will find that it is easier for you to manage stress as it's happening.
And so today we're just going to practice being here and being aware,
Just observing our situation,
Observing where you're at currently without judging.
Just for this short time,
I'm going to ask that you let yourself not worry.
Just for a couple minutes.
We're going to start by taking a couple of deep,
Refreshing,
Rejuvenating breaths.
If you are not breathing,
You are not alive and for that reason,
As long as you are breathing,
You are being carried through your troubles into the next moment and you have the opportunity and the capability to turn it around.
It just takes practice.
That's why they call it a meditation practice because it takes effect over time.
The more you practice mindfulness,
The easier it will be for you to experience that gap that lies between the chaos of your reality and your mind trying to process it all.
There's this in-between place where things just are.
They're not good,
They're not bad.
That's the stillness that is inside of you always.
God incentivize size.
There is no right or wrong way to breathe,
Just so long as you do it intentionally.
On these next three breaths,
Really,
Really try to fill your lungs with as much oxygen as you possibly can.
And then when you exhale,
Let go.
Just release as much of it as you can.
And do this three to five times and allow your breathing to regulate,
To go back to its natural rhythm.
The point of this is to fill your blood and your cells with as much oxygen.
There's different ways that you can exhale and each one of them can produce a different result when you breathe in.
You can exhale a sigh of relief,
Just allowing your shoulders and everything to drop.
You can exhale through your nose with your mouth closed,
In the sense that if you were to open your mouth,
It would almost be like you're trying to fog up a window on a cold winter day.
Just however feels natural to you,
Whatever feels the most invigorating.
That's really your whole goal.
Nobody can tell you what kind of breathing feels right.
If there's anything coming up for you right now,
I'll be back.
If it's possible,
Try to not react.
Just look at the situation that's in front of you.
Know that you can take steps towards finding a solution,
But it takes time to see results and just consistent steps.
Finding consistent steps is so important.
You can't solve everything in a single day,
But you can do a little bit to make it better.
And you can come back here to stillness whenever you need and know that everything is going to be okay.
As long as you are still here and you are still breathing,
There is an opportunity to find peace and resolution.
And I know that sometimes it's really hard to believe.
It doesn't feel like there's any resolution out there.
Just keep breathing through it.
One breath at a time and you will get there.
I promise you,
You will get there.
I have faith in you.
I have faith that you have everything that you need already bundled up inside of you to make the difference that you want to see.
But sometimes you just have to step away just for a couple minutes and remember that you can only do so much.
There is peace,
There is calm,
And there is healing that can be found in stillness.
It's just a matter of prioritizing the time to learn how to experience it and receive it.
And little by little,
Bit by bit,
Whether you come back and you listen to this or you take a couple of silent minutes with no guidance,
Just as long as you take that time to breathe and remember that you are only one person.
And there's only so much you can solve in a single minute,
A single day,
And as long as you just remain diligent,
You will get through this.
It's gonna be okay.
Everything is okay.
You are safe.
You are loved.
You are guided.
You are protected.
And you are always,
Always connected to your divine wisdom and truth.
You know what's right and what's wrong.
You already know the direction that's gonna lead you to joy and what's gonna keep you feeling stuck.
It's just a matter of being willing to let go and free fall into the unknown and trust that as long as you're doing the right thing that you will be supported.
Faith is what faith is.
Free falling into the unknown because you know it's the right thing to do,
Even if it's scary.
You are so strong.
You have come so far.
Maybe you feel like you've slipped and fallen down,
But just know that's okay.
You don't have to stay there.
You can get back up and you can find the strength in yourself.
You can find the strength in source,
Spirit,
Like the universal energy,
The one living thing that keeps us all connected in a perfect ecosystem.
You are a part of the ecosystem.
And without you,
There is no balance.
You have a purpose.
You have a job to do.
And you are strong enough to carry it out and make it happen.
You're proving that by sitting here right now.
Look at you.
You're so proud.
I'm sending you so much love.
I have so much faith in your ability to follow through.
Just keep showing up a couple minutes at a time and eventually you will see it for yourself.
It's also important to note that even when you're making progress and you have accomplished goals that you set out to accomplish,
Once you reach those,
There's going to be new struggles and there's going to be new challenges and new fears and new insecurities.
And that's not something that you have to be afraid of,
But just know that those feelings are natural.
It's a natural part of life and you are not weak for experiencing them.
You are good enough,
Even in your worst moments.
You are good enough always.
I'm going to give you a couple more minutes to breathe and bring yourself back to this moment in reality.
I'm going to give you a couple more minutes to breathe.
You are safe.
You are loved.
You are supported.
You are important.
The world needs you.
You can always come back here to this moment anytime,
Anywhere.
As many times as you need to.
In fact,
The more often you do it,
The better.
You've got this.
Let's shake it off and get back to our day.
We've got work to do.
Thank you for being here today.
I'm so proud of you.
