I invite you to take a deep breath in,
And as you exhale,
Begin to settle in.
Allowing your body to soften.
Letting your thoughts flow.
You've already done the hardest part,
Which is simply arriving and choosing to show up for yourself.
Today,
We're inviting clarity.
And to do that,
To truly let clarity in,
We've got to make space.
That means releasing old stories,
Releasing the worn-out patterns,
The negative self-talk,
And the beliefs that have kept you small.
You are not those beliefs.
You are not those patterns.
You are something deeper,
Something wiser.
If you brought any resistance with you into this space,
I invite you to let it fall away,
Even just for a moment,
Even just for now,
As we're here.
Letting yourself surrender.
Letting yourself believe.
Letting yourself have a full knowing.
I invite you to picture yourself standing at the edge of a forest.
It's morning time,
And it's quiet.
A soft fog covers the ground.
Thick enough that you can't see a few more steps ahead of you.
And you came here with a question in your heart.
There's something you're trying to figure out.
Something that's just felt out of reach.
The fog is the feeling of uncertainty,
The overthinking,
The what-ifs,
The mental clutter.
But even here,
In this fog,
You're safe.
You feel the earth beneath you.
You hear the faint rustle of the trees.
And you sense something is shifting.
You begin walking.
The path is soft beneath your feet.
You don't need to see the entire forest.
Take one step at a time.
That's all that's ever needed.
One clear step at a time.
This is the threshold.
The space between what was and what will be.
You take a step forward.
And with that step,
The fog begins to lift.
The path becomes just clear enough to follow.
And somewhere from deep within,
A whisper rises within you.
I know where I'm going,
And trust the unfolding of it all.

They are reminders of who I am.
The mist is lifting.
I see more clearly now.
I name what I want,

Gently bringing your attention back to your breath.
Sensing this anchor within you.
I stand at the edge of my next chapter.
I give myself permission to want what I want.

Allow this sense of clarity to live in your breath,
In your body,
In your knowing.
You don't have to have all the answers in order to be clear.
It's about choosing to listen.
You've done that today,
So I want to thank you for that.
What we deeply desire is a reflection of who we really are.
