Audible music Welcome to the eternal moment between lives.
A guided meditation and inner exploration of who you really are.
Close your eyes.
Relax your body.
Sink into a quiet space within you.
Let go of the past.
Let go of everything that has happened up until this moment right here.
And let go of all ideas of the future.
And just be here and now in this eternal moment.
And as your body begins to relax,
Imagine for a moment that you have just died.
Now let the initial shock of that just move through the entire system.
And relax once again in your body.
To this place right here and right now.
We're going to explore that eternal moment between lives.
And one life has ended and the next has yet to begin.
You have died.
You are headed to a totally new place.
But before that transition can complete itself.
Before the change completely occurs,
You have been granted some time.
In the midst of this eternal motionless timeless now.
You have been granted some time.
Some time to come to terms with everything and everyone in your life.
You have time to say your goodbyes.
To say your I'm sorrys.
To say your I love views.
To say you're forgiven.
To say thank you.
But you are already gone.
They cannot see you.
Or feel you.
Or touch you.
Or hear you.
They cannot detect you at all.
It's just you.
Alone with yourself.
As you review and embrace and let go of your entire life.
You can take as much time as you like.
Time doesn't really exist here.
You have all the opportunity you need to totally irrevocably irreversibly let go.
Turn into something special.
Write.
And as you finish with all of the people,
Those close and far,
Those you've loved and those you've hated,
And you finish with all the places,
The animals,
The things,
The objects,
Even the universe itself,
After you have let go of all your deepest loves,
Your deepest hate,
Your biggest successes,
Your biggest failures,
Your biggest glory,
Your biggest embarrassment,
Your biggest triumph,
And your biggest burdens,
Then turn your attention to yourself,
To let go of everything you have acquired and held onto as yourself.
You let go of all of your beliefs,
All the positions you've taken,
All the things you were so sure were true.
They are no longer relevant.
You let go of your strong opinions and postures.
They are meaningless now.
You let go of all of your self-judgments and criticisms.
They are no longer significant.
And now you move in even deeper towards the center of you.
You let go of your name.
You become nameless,
Not a someone,
Just you.
And with that name,
You let go of all memories.
They all begin to fade like a dream,
Your entire life fading like a dream,
As if it was someone else's life,
Someone else's dream.
You let go of all the suffering.
You let go of all the struggle,
All the difficulties,
All the conflict,
All of it.
You let go of everything that seemed to belong to the one you believed yourself to be.
And you look and find you have no body.
There is no body here.
It was left behind in the dream.
There is no body and yet you are still here.
And so you let go of your form.
You let go of your gender.
You let go of the feeling of being contained,
Of being encased within a form.
You let go of feeling limited.
You let go of being that one in the dream.
You look and find you are nameless,
Formless.
You have no boundaries.
You have no orders.
You have no beginning.
You have no end.
You just are being without being anything.
And then you realize you never died.
A dream has passed,
A mysterious dream,
But a dream.
And then you let go of life,
Form,
Name,
Completely,
Totally.
You surrender to the intense reality,
The overwhelming truth of this moment right here,
Right now.
The overwhelming sense of love and peace.
You have let go of everything.
You have let go of nothing.
You just let go.
You let go of you.
And yet you are.
And yet you are.
And yet you are.
And yet you are.
And yet you are.
And yet you are.
And yet you are.
And yet you are.
And yet you are.
