This was different. I loved how it started with rain then moved to flowing water and eventually waves, that stayed with me through the practice. The heartbeat was my full focal point and the other sounds just came and went, it reminded me of a fog horn at some points. I felt the color purple, but honestly saw a brighter, yellowish color while I was practicing (I did look up chakras after and discovered that sacral is orange). I have not done much with chakras, but plan to in my practice at some point. This was a good meditation. I’m going to bookmark this and see if I can get the balancing of the sacral chakra with its help. Thanks for sharing this. It has opened my eyes to learning more. 🙏🏻💗🥰
