Transcript

Welcome and thank you for joining me for this quick guided meditation for a higher vibration.

And this meditation would be best done from a seated position.

You may be happy sitting cross-legged on the floor or sitting in a chair.

Anywhere where the spine can be upright and then allow the shoulders to relax.

Arms resting heavy perhaps in the lap,

Chin parallel to the floor and the eyes closed.

And now take a deep breath in through the nose and breathe out through the mouth with a big sigh.

Another deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth with a long sigh.

And one more deep breath in filling the lungs and then a big sigh out through the mouth.

Then allow the body to settle,

The breath to come back to normal.

And just take a moment to be aware of your foundation.

Feel the sensation of your body making contact with the seat or the floor.

Feel the pressure of the backside,

The thighs,

Ankles,

Whatever part of your body is making contact with the floor.

Feel that foundation.

And now that you're aware of your foundation,

Feeling stable,

Take your attention and focus to the crown,

The very top of the head.

And scan this region with your awareness.

See if you can feel any sensation at the crown,

At the top of the head.

And if you feel something there,

Just continue to observe it.

And if you don't feel any sensation at the crown,

That's a perfectly valid observation too.

And you can simply notice the absence of sensation at the crown.

And continuing to hold this awareness at the crown,

But take a deeper breath in again and imagine that your breath is coming down through the crown.

And as you breathe out,

The breath is leaving out from the crown.

Breathing in to the crown,

Breathing back out through the crown.

Continue to breathe in this way for the next little while.

Continue holding awareness at the crown at the top of the head.

Listen to these affirmations now and repeat them if you like,

Quietly in your mind,

Allowing them to permeate every cell in your being.

I vibrate at the highest frequency of love and light.

I attract positive energy and experiences into my life.

My thoughts and actions align with my highest good.

I release all negative energy and embrace positivity.

I am a beacon of peace,

Joy and harmony.

My energy field is clear,

Vibrant and radiant.

I am grateful for the abundant blessings in my life.

I radiate pure love and positivity.

I am in harmony with the universe.

My vibration rises higher each day.

And now imagine that you're bringing that energy at the crown and those high vibrational words down through the rest of the body,

Like a protective cloak or shield,

Raising the vibration of your whole body for the rest of your day.

Feel your whole body now from the crown right down to your foundation,

Resonating at a high vibration,

Preparing you for a magical rest of your day.

You can slowly open your eyes,

Come back and go on with the rest of your day.
