Find a quiet and comfortable space where you won't be disturbed.

Sit or lie down.

When you feel ready,

Close your eyes and take a few deep cleansing breaths.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Soft and easy.

Focus on your breath with each in and out.

Soften and relax down into your body.

Relax your jaw.

Let go of the tension in your neck and your back.

Relax your shoulders,

Your face,

Your arms,

Your legs.

Relaxing.

This in itself is a form of letting go.

As you inhale,

Imagine a warm soothing light entering your body.

Allow it to fill your lungs and slowly spread through every part of your being.

With each exhale,

Release any tension or stress.

Letting it melt away.

Visualize roots extending from your body and into the earth.

Feel these roots grounding you to the core of the planet.

Providing stability and a sense of security.

Begin to reflect on the painful memories that you wish to let go of.

Don't dive too deeply into them.

Instead,

Observe them like a sacred observer from a distance.

You may want to imagine them as heavy dark energy that's stuck within you.

Remember you are the sacred observer and you are safe.

Now envision a bright radiant ball of light forming in your hands.

This light represents your inner strength,

Your wisdom and healing energy.

Feel its warmth and positivity grow as you focus on it.

You may want to lift your hands up to hold this bright and radiant light.

Feeling its warmth and healing energy.

And now you're going to gently take those painful memories and emotions.

Visualize them transforming into dark wisps of energy.

Slowly with each breath,

Let these wisps of energy move into the ball of light.

Watch as the light absorbs and cleanses these painful feelings.

Turning the pain,

The hurt into light.

As the light continues to absorb the darkness,

You may notice the ball of light growing bigger and brighter.

This symbolizes your inner strength and resilience becoming more powerful with each release of pain.

See it.

Sense it.

Visualize it.

Now when you feel ready,

Take a deep breath.

And with intention release the now brilliant ball of light into the universe.

Imagine it soaring high into the sky,

Carrying your pain far away from you.

As it disappears,

Sense a profound sense of relief and freedom.

Into the freedom of wind and sunshine,

I let you go.

Into the dance of the stars and the planets,

I let you go.

Into the wind's breath and the hands of the stars,

I let you go.

I let you go.

I let you go.

I let you go.

As you release the pain,

You'll see a space within yourself where it used to reside.

Fill this space with love,

Compassion and healing energy.

Visualize a warm golden light infusing this void,

Bringing you comfort and peace.

Take a moment to express your gratitude for the experience and the strength you have gained from it.

Know that you've taken a significant step toward healing and growth.

Slowly become aware of your surroundings.

Take a deep breath in and out.

And when you are ready,

Gently open your eyes and see the world in a new way.

Take this newfound sense of lightness and healing with you as you continue on your journey.

So be it.

And so it is.
