Transcript

Close your eyes and take three deep and cleansing breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Now begin breathing naturally in and out,

Feeling the gentle rise and fall of your belly and chest.

In and out.

In and out.

Soft and easy.

Let go of any control or effort on your breath.

Breathe in light and love.

Breathe out negative energy.

To breathe in light and love,

Imagine bright golden light entering and filling your entire body.

To breathe out negative energy,

Imagine dark smoky clouds leaving your body.

Breathe light in,

Breathe dark out.

In and out.

Feel your own vital life force filling your body.

Fill your body with gratitude and love.

Let that wave of love and appreciation sweep up through your body starting at your feet.

And say to yourself silently,

I am grateful for my toes,

My feet,

My ankles,

My calves and shins.

I am grateful for my knees,

My thighs,

My pelvis,

Hips,

My belly and my chest.

I am grateful for my heart,

My neck,

My shoulders,

Soft soothing energy,

Relaxing,

Easing,

Relaxing,

Easy.

Let that gratitude flow down to your arms,

To your hands,

Your fingers.

And breathe that gratitude back into your neck,

Into your face,

Your eyes,

Your ears,

Your head.

Soft and easy.

Beautiful love-filled energy.

Breathe after wave of love-filled gratitude and announce to yourself,

I am grateful.

I am grateful.

I am grateful for my whole body.

I feel,

I love,

I appreciate my body.

Enjoy some time and complete gratitude for your body.

Notice all the sensations that come and go.

Stay fully present and aware of the gift of your body.

Allow your attention to settle around your heart center.

Focus on the feelings of love,

Compassion and forgiveness.

Feel this love-filled energy grow until it can no longer be contained and beams out of you to the world around you.

Now follow your light and see where it takes you.

The energy of gratitude will lead you to all your blessings and discover what you truly are grateful for.

Take a journey through your life looking at all your blessings.

Notice the people who love and cherish you.

Notice they're your parents,

Your children or fur babies,

A partner,

A friend or a work colleague.

And notice how they blessed you with their nourishing presence and beam them with love and appreciation.

Perhaps you are grateful for the healing power of nature,

The soft sway of the trees,

The breeze in your hair or the warmth of the sun kissing your face.

Visualize it,

Imagine it,

Feel it.

Let yourself be open to gratitude.

Notice you feel gratitude for being alive,

The most precious gift in itself or the gift of hearing so you can hear and learn.

The gift of turning on the tap and clean,

Drinkable water flows with ease.

Notice you have a roof over your head to keep you dry and warm.

There are so many blessings,

So many gifts to be grateful for.

Experience the sights with gratitude.

Notice how they interact with you in this healing space.

Feel it through your body,

The wide variety of emotions as you live your life with gratitude.

Now take a moment to reflect on your own reasons for feeling grateful in this moment.

There is so much to be grateful for in this moment,

In this time and space.

It fills our hearts,

Our souls and minds.

Now say to yourself in your mind's eye,

I am grateful.

I am grateful.

And I truly am blessed and may it be so.

It's time to come back,

Back to normal waking consciousness.

Begin to draw your attention back into the space you are in.

Take a deep breath and exhale.

Feel the softness of your belly rise and fall.

In and out.

In and out.

Wiggle your fingers and toes.

And when you feel ready,

Open your eyes and see the world in a new way.

And so it is.
