You are walking barefoot along a soft moss covered path.
Overhead is a forest canopy.
It is a warm summer's day.
The earth beneath you is warm and soothing,
Transmitting energy up through you and into you.
You are to just walk slowly,
Breathing the fresh and invigorating air in.
Open all your senses to the healing powers of this forest.
Feel the sun on your head and your shoulders.
The soft breeze in your hair.
Feel yourself growing calmer,
More peaceful,
More centered with each step you take.
Breathe deeply and mindfully,
Filling your lungs with these healing powers of the forest.
You are in harmony with it all.
Notice what is around you.
The moss,
Flora,
Rocks,
Trees,
The leaves.
Perhaps there is a stream.
Just notice and become this sacred observer.
Enjoy the birds,
The squirrels,
Or other wildlife.
Notice how the sunlight filters through the leaves.
And just notice,
Bathe in the healing powers of this forest.
Feel your heart opening and expanding to it all.
You are connected.
You are present.
You are grounded.
And you are safe and cared for.
You feel more connected and conscious in this moment than you ever have before.
It is time to give gratitude to the forest for its support,
Love,
And healing.
It is the place you can visit again and again in your own time and in your own way.
It is now time to come back,
Back to present time and place.
Take a moment to ground yourself.
Feel your body where its edges touch the other edges,
Breathing soft and easy.
A gentle rise and fall of your chest.
Hear what sounds there are to hear.
Gently moving your body.
When you are ready,
Open your eyes and you will now see everything around you in a new way.
