Healing Meditation

This is a healing meditation originally recorded for one of my patient's who was being treated for lung cancer. Helped her with Chemo.

Transcript

Get yourself into a comfortable position, A position where you feel very comfortable. And close your eyes. And let your body just relax. Just relax in a nice, Easy way, Feeling very comfortable. And take a really deep breath and hold it and let it out very slowly, Nice and slow. And take another good, Deep breath and slowly let the air out. Very good. And once more take a good, Deep breath and hold it and slowly let it out. And feel your body relax as you breathe in and out. And let that warm, Wonderful feeling of relaxation drift all the way down to your feet. You can feel your feet as they become loose and relaxed and limp. And let this warm, Wonderful, Easy, Relaxing feeling flow up into your ankles. And let your ankles become loose and relaxed. And let this warm, Wonderful feeling flow up into your knees and the muscles of your calves. And into your thighs and your legs, Relaxing more and more. And let this relaxation move into your hips. Let them become more and more relaxed. And now into your abdomen. With each breath you exhale, Just let your body go deeper and deeper relaxed. Just let it go. Let it all go. More and more. Let this feeling of relaxation, This warm, Wonderful feeling, Let it gently flow up the muscles of your back. You can feel them relax now. Let all the muscles in your back go loose and limp, Just like a ragdoll. You can let this relaxation flow into your shoulders now. Letting go of all the weight and the heaviness. And up and over and through your shoulders and down into your chest. And when you exhale, All the muscles in your chest can just relax. All the muscles relax deeper. Now let that warm feeling of relaxation flow down, Down your shoulders and your arms and into your elbows. And from your elbows into your wrists. And from your wrists into your hands. And down into your fingertips, Guiding you deeper and deeper relaxed. Just letting go. Letting everything go more and more. And let this wonderful feeling of relaxation flow up the muscles of your neck, Relaxing all the muscles in your neck, Going loose and limp like a ragdoll. Let the feeling of relaxation flow into your head and over the top of your head and down into your brow. Let all the muscles in your forehead relax. Let your eyebrows relax. And all the muscles in your eyes can relax more and more relaxed. You can feel the muscles around your eyes relax. And in your cheeks, The muscles in your cheeks relax. And the muscles in your chin, Let them relax more and more relaxed. And let your jaw relax. Let it just go slack. Let it all go more and more deeper and deeper. And feel every muscle, Every tissue, Every fiber in your body is relaxing, Just really letting go. Loosening up and relaxing more and more. Very limp and relaxed. Your body feels perfectly comfortable. Your whole body is functioning perfectly. And all your organs and all your glands are functioning perfectly now. And all discomforts are now gone, Completely gone from your body. And let this relaxation heal every tissue, Every fiber, Every cell, Just letting go. Letting yourself go more and more. And you may be aware of your surroundings in a pleasant way. And you may hear sounds in the background, But those sounds will not disturb you in any way. They will make you more and more relaxed. Now visualize or sense or imagine a beautiful golden light coming in through the top of your head and beginning to spread down your body from above to below. A beautiful, Powerful, Healing light glowing beautifully in this light. It is connected to the light above and the light around. A divine light. A powerful light. A healing light because it heals every cell, Every fiber, Every tissue, Every organ of your body, Restoring all the cells to the normal, Healthy state. And this is a deepening light because it will bring you to a deeper level of peace and relaxation. And allow yourself to go even deeper now. Even deeper. And visualize or sense or imagine the light beginning to spread slowly down from the top of your head, Down past your forehead and behind your eyes, Smoothing out all of the muscles of your eyes in this deep, Golden, Healing light. Beneath your scalp, Relaxing these muscles. Beneath the deep bones and the muscles of your face. Deepening your state and relaxing you even more. As it smoothly spreads into your jaw, Relaxing all the muscles around your mouth. And you feel more and more peaceful and relaxed. Calm and tranquil. Comfortable and safe. And you feel this healing golden light spreading down from your jaw into the back of your head and into your neck, Completely filling up the muscles, Nerves and spinal cord in this region with the brilliant bright light. And into your throat, It smooths out the lining of your throat, Getting rid of all irritation. And you go even deeper. You feel more and more peaceful and serene, More relaxed. And you can feel this healing light touching every part of you and healing as it goes. Healing and relaxing every muscle, Every nerve, Every fiber. And you feel this light as it spreads into your shoulders and down your arms, Getting rid of all aches and pain and illness. Healing and relaxing every muscle, Every nerve, Every fiber and every cell in your body as it goes down your arms and as it reaches your hands and you go even deeper. And you can now feel or sense this light flowing down from your shoulders and into your upper back and into your chest, Completely relaxing all the muscles and nerves in your upper back and the spinal cord, The entire spinal cord now including your brain glowing beautifully in this golden healing light, Extending out through all the nerves of your body, Reaching everywhere and you are feeling so peaceful. And this healing golden light flows into your chest, Filling your lungs from top to bottom, Filling your chest completely from left to right, Filling your chest with beautiful golden healing light, Filling every nook and every cranny and touching your chest completely, Filling your lungs completely, Glowing beautifully in this golden healing light. And it fills your heart, Healing your heart and releasing the beautiful energy which is stored in your heart. And your heart is gently pumping the light throughout every cell, Every vessel in your body so that it reaches everywhere and you feel so peaceful, So deeply relaxed, So serene, So calm. And the light is flowing into your stomach and your abdomen, Filling up all your abdominal organs with this golden healing light and it heals them all and relaxes the nerves and the muscles of your stomach and abdomen. And this light is flowing down through your hips and into both legs, This beautiful healing, Deepening, Relaxing light, Healing every cell, Every fiber of your body, Getting rid of all illness and restoring every tissue, Every cell, Every organ to a normal healthy state. And now the light is reaching all the way down to your toes so that your entire body is filled with this golden healing light. Every part of your body is filled completely with this golden healing light and you feel so peaceful now, So peaceful in a deeper and deeper state. And you visualize this golden healing light filling you up so completely that it surrounds your body completely as if you're in a bubble or a halo of golden light. And this light protects you, This light heals you, This light is good. And no harm can come through this golden healing light, Only goodness, Only positive loving energy. And this light heals your skin and the outer muscles and deepens your level even more. And you feel so very peaceful now, So very calm. And as you bask in this golden healing light and you feel this golden healing light filling you so completely, So completely that there is no room for any illness, For any illness anywhere in your body. This golden healing light pushes it out, Pushes it completely out of your body and it just floats away. This illness just floats away. And as you sit in this beautiful golden healing light, You feel yourself become very, Very quiet. And in this beautiful state of quiet, You can hear your true voice, You can hear your true voice speak. You can hear your true voice speak to you and provide you love and support and instruction. And your true voice always loves you. And your true voice has always loved you. And your true voice supports you. It supports you so much and it wants you to be healed. And it tells you what you can do to keep this healing going, To help this healing be stronger and stronger. And this voice loves you so much. This true voice, Your true voice, It loves you unconditionally and it wants to help you so, So much. And you are so peaceful and you are feeling so at ease. And with every breath you take, You feel more healing coming into your body. With every breath you take, You feel more life coming into your body. Every breath is the breath of life. And it fills your body more and more with golden healing energy. And you know that at any time if you need to feel this golden healing energy, All you have to do is close your eyes and take a breath and visualize this healing energy filling you completely, So completely that it surrounds you in its golden healing light. And you know it will only ever take a moment to do this. And it will relieve all the stress and all the worry. And it will heal you. And you will remember you always have a moment to close your eyes and take a breath and relax and fill yourself with this golden healing light. And you will want to do this because it makes you feel so good. It makes you feel so alive. And this golden healing light will always be with you. It will always be there to help you, To heal you. And you will remember this beautiful healing light. And you will remember it as a gift to yourself. And take a moment to feel all this love and all this beauty and all this energy that is filling you and healing you. And all the love that surrounds you and heals you. This is your sanctuary. This is a safe place. It is yours. And you can return whenever you like. And in a moment we are going to come back and let this healing energy continue to work as we go about our day. So come with me as I count from one to ten. And when I get to ten you will feel refreshed, Rejuvenated, Full of energy, Completely alive, Completely awake and feeling wonderful. One, Feeling your breathing. Two, Becoming aware of your body. Feeling your arms and your legs. Three, Feeling the blood flow coursing through your extremities. Four, Feeling your hands and your toes. Five, Becoming aware of the sounds in the room, The sounds outside of the room. Six, Realize you have done so very well and that you are healing yourself with this golden energy. Seven, Waking up and feeling good. Eight, Feeling rejuvenated. Nine, Feeling revitalized, Feeling healthy and full of life. Ten, Opening your eyes, Feeling wide awake, Alert, Refreshed, Feeling great and in complete control of your body, Feeling healed, Feeling wonderful. Namaste.
