This is a meditation for sleep.

So put yourself in a comfortable position and close your eyes.

And now just let your body relax.

Just relaxing in a nice,

Easy way.

Feeling very comfortable.

Now I'd like you to take a really deep breath and hold it.

Now let it out very slowly.

That is good.

Nice and slow.

Now I would like you to take another deep breath and slowly let that air out.

Excellent.

Once more now I'd like you to take one more good,

Deep breath and hold it.

Wonderful.

Now slowly let the air out.

And you can already feel your body begin to relax.

You can let that feeling of relaxation,

That warm,

Wonderful feeling,

Drift down,

Down,

All the way down to your feet.

You can feel your feet as they become loose and relaxed and limp.

And let this warm,

Easy relaxation flow into your ankles as your ankles become loose and relaxed and limp.

And from your ankles let this relaxation flow into the muscles of your calves,

Into all the large and small muscles as they become loose and limp.

And into your knees,

Feeling them just let go and relax.

And into your thighs as you relax more and more.

And this relaxation flows into your hips as they become loose and limp and relaxed.

And this relaxation flows into your belly and with each breath you exhale.

You feel your body relax deeper and deeper.

And you just let any tension go.

You just let it all go.

More and more relaxed.

And this warm,

Wonderful feeling of relaxation flows into the muscles of your back as you feel them release and relax as all the muscles of your back go loose and limp like a rag doll.

And this relaxation flows up into your shoulders,

Letting go of all the weight and the heaviness in your shoulders and up and over and through your shoulders and down into your chest.

And with each breath you exhale the muscles of your chest just relax deeper and deeper.

And this warm feeling of relaxation flows down,

Down your shoulders and your arms and into your elbows.

And this relaxation flows down into your wrists and into your hands and down into your fingertips,

Guiding you deeper and deeper.

Just letting go.

Letting everything go more and more relaxed.

And this relaxation flows into the muscles of your neck,

Relaxing all the muscles of your neck,

Going loose and limp like a rag doll.

And this feeling of relaxation flows into your forehead,

Relaxing all the muscles over the top of your head and into your brow.

And all the muscles of your forehead relax and your eyebrows relax and the muscles of your eyes relax more and more,

Deeper and deeper.

The muscles around your eyes relax and the muscles of your cheeks relax.

And the chin relaxes and you feel your teeth and your jaw relax and go slack.

Just let it go.

Let it all just go,

Becoming deeper and deeper.

And now I'm going to count down from three to one.

And with each count,

Let yourself relax more and more.

Going deeper and deeper relaxed.

Three going deeper and deeper.

Two going deep,

So very deep.

One so deep now,

So comfortable,

So relaxed.

Just letting yourself go more and more.

And any noises that you hear,

Other than my voice,

Will not disturb you in any way.

And every outside noise you hear helps you go deeper and deeper relaxed.

Being more and more completely relaxed.

The noises you hear are natural and they're supposed to be there.

And they are helping you relax more and more,

Deeper and deeper.

And I'm going to count from five to one.

And on each count you're going to relax more and more until the relaxation is doubled throughout your whole body.

Five,

Relaxation is starting to double.

Four,

Very comfortable and relaxed.

Doubling more and more relaxed.

Three,

Relaxation doubling more and more.

Two,

Almost double now in your entire body.

One,

Relaxation has now doubled in your entire body.

Every nerve,

Every muscle,

Every tissue is relaxed.

More and more relaxed.

Letting go,

Relaxing deeper,

Further and further down.

Every muscle,

Every tissue,

Every fiber,

Just letting go.

Loosening up,

Relaxing more and more.

Very limp and relaxed.

Your body feels perfectly comfortable now.

All discomforts are gone,

Completely gone from your body.

Your body is functioning perfectly.

And you're letting this relaxation heal every tissue,

Every fiber,

Every cell.

And you're just letting go.

Letting yourself go more and more.

You'll be aware of your surroundings in a pleasant way.

And any noises you hear will just be in the background.

They will not disturb you in any way.

The sound of my voice helps you relax more and more.

I'm going to count from ten to one.

And with each number back,

Let yourself go even deeper.

So deep that by the time I reach one,

You're in a state of deep peace,

Tranquility and relaxation.

So deep that by the time I reach one,

Your mind is no longer limited by the usual barriers of space or time.

So deep that you can experience all the levels of your multidimensional spiritual self.

So deep that you can remember everything.

Every experience you have ever had,

You can remember everything.

I'm going to count now.

Ten.

Nine.

Eight.

Going deeper and deeper with each number back.

Seven.

Six.

Five.

Deeper and deeper and deeper.

Four.

Three.

Very,

Very deep.

So peaceful.

So calm.

So relaxed.

Two.

Nearly there.

One.

You are now in a deeply relaxed state,

Very much at peace.

And in this deep state,

You can feel your heart.

You can feel every breath.

And as you breathe,

With each breath,

You feel your heart connecting to the spirit.

With each breath,

You feel your life connecting with the spirit.

With each breath in and each breath out,

Your connection with the spirit grows stronger.

With each breath,

You feel yourself at peace.

With each breath,

You let your worries go.

They can all just go.

Any worries or any fears can just go.

You don't need them.

They will always be there later.

So much later.

And for just this while that you listen and do this today,

Just let them go.

Let them all just go.

And at this beautiful,

Deep,

Peaceful state,

You can drift,

Drift off to sleep with the knowledge that you are in touch with your spirit.

And that as you drift,

Your body will refresh and recuperate and rejuvenate.

And you will restore yourself through your sleep.

And as you drift to your sleep,

You will feel your connection with the world.

And you will understand your place in this world.

And it will release you from all the fears that you have.

As you sleep,

All your fears will just fade away.

So that you sleep deeply and peacefully.

And when you awaken,

You will be filled with beautiful energy,

Feeling refreshed and renewed and complete control of your body and your mind.

And your fears will have vanished.

And your worries will have vanished.

And you will feel at peace in your body and at peace in your mind.

And each time you sleep,

It will restore you to that deep sense of relaxation and peace.

And in that deep sense of relaxation and peace,

You will touch God and feel healed and safe and loved.

Because you are very loved.

You are loved by all of those that surround you.

You are deeply loved at all times,

No matter what.

And this love can never be taken away.

And this love can never be lost.

And this love is always there with you,

Supporting you,

Keeping you safe and protecting you.

And you know this.

And you feel this.

And it is very,

Very good.

As you drift into your sleep,

You know you are loved.

You know you are protected.

And you know you are safe.

And when you wake up,

You will feel fantastic and rested and wonderful.
