To this relaxing meditation with me,

Today's meditation is going to help us build our awareness of our thoughts.
If you have a tendency to overthink like I do,
Just take a seat and gently close your eyes.
While you exhale,
Let your body melt into where you're sitting.
Notice any feelings in your body of weight,
Pressure,
Temperature,
Anxiousness.
Now return your focus to the breath and try smiling with your eyes closed.
Try to follow the breath in its entirety.
Wherever the sense occurs,
Follow it from start to finish.
And if you notice you've become entangled in thought,
See the thought and where it's located and then follow it as it fades away.
Return your awareness back to the breath.
And as you pay attention to the breath,
Also become aware of sound.
Try to notice sound the very moment it arrives.
Notice that it's fleeting.
Now it becomes selective.
