Before we get started,
You can just set your feet flat on the ground,
The eye rested nicely on the chair,
Shoulders raised up,
Top of your head up to the sky.
Also,
Bring your shoulders up into your ears,
Drop them into your back,
Take a big deep breath,
And let that all out.
Place your hands on your legs.
We're going to work today with a box breathing exercise.
We're going to run our finger across like a top of the box,
Bring it down,
Other way,
And complete that box.
We'll start here with a big inhale,
All the way across that top,
Hold,
Exhale,
Hold,
Inhale,
Bring that across,
And exhale,
Top.
We'll go again,
Inhale,
Hold,
Exhale,
Hold,
Inhale,
And exhale.
We'll take a big deep breath here,
Let that out.
Exhale a little more,
Really empty those lungs,
Now inhale,
Top of that box,
Hold,
Exhale,
Drop it down,
Inhale,
Across,
Hold,
Inhale,
Up.
We'll do that a couple more times at your own pace.
Inhale,
Bring those shoulders up into our ears and into our back again.
Wiggle our toes,
We're going to come on back now,
Wiggle those fingers,
Make those eyes open.
