As you breathe in and out,
Allow yourself to get back to the relaxed state of consciousness you're now so familiar with,
And find yourself back in the crystal cave,
In the depth of a glow palace.
You've just erased limiting beliefs on love and relationships from your book of love,
And are ready to start writing your own story about how love should be expressed and how relationships are supposed to be.
In the past three meditations,
You've worked to release all the obstacles that tied you to past unhealthy people,
Emotions and situations,
Therefore creating a blank canvas that you can start painting a new picture on.
In this meditation,
You will use this canvas to paint a picture of a mermaid that's as unique and hybrid as you are.
Since mermaids are mirrors of our beliefs about love and relationships,
By painting this new picture,
You will subconsciously plant in your mind your unique,
Hybrid,
One-of-a-kind form of the ideal romantic relationship.
Having completed the work you were supposed to do in the glow palace,
Your mermaid guides you out of the crystal cave,
Through rooms,
Hallways,
And passageways,
Up staircases,
Out of the palace,
And into the underwater streets and neighborhoods of the mermaid kingdom,
Where the rest of the mermaid population lives.
As you look around at the hundreds of mermaids,
Meermen,
And meerkats surrounding you,
You're in complete awe of their physical diversity.
The mermaids surrounding you are unlike the usual types of mermaids,
Of half-human,
Half-ish creatures you're so familiar with.
You're surrounded by mermaids with multiple tails,
No tails,
Winged mermaids,
Mere fairies,
Mere angels,
Dolphin mermaids,
Unicorn mermaids,
Mermaids with animal heads,
Four legs,
And even flower heads.
Each mermaid is completely unique,
Emanating a unique auric essence,
And represents an inimitable physical expression of a romantic relationship.
Your mermaid guide asks you to be open-minded and explore this world of unapologetic hybridity together.
She grabs you by the hand and takes you deeper in the mermaid kingdom.
You pass through mermaid neighborhoods of beautiful coral reefs and engage with every kind of mermaid being.
Although you felt quite guarded in the beginning,
You now feel more at ease with these different mermaids surrounding you.
However different they may be from your typical idea of how mermaids should look like.
The more you interact with these fascinating creatures,
The more inspired you are to be like them.
The more inspired you are to break out of your rigid perception of reality,
And allow yourself to become who you really want to be.
Your mermaid guide hears your intention and does something quite unexpected.
Without warning,
She points her hands towards you and starts showering you with sparkling rainbow light.
Although taken aback by the sudden change of events,
You trust her and go with it.
You open your arms wide and surrender to the rainbow light completely.
The rainbow light swirls around you and hugs you tightly.
At its touch,
You start vibrating.
The molecules of your physical human body start disintegrating and you instantly know what's going on.
This sparkling rainbow light has the ability to transform you into a mermaid.
Not just any kind of mermaid,
But the kind of mermaid that only you can be.
And that represents your ideal version of a fulfilling relationship,
Free from rigid rules and stereotypes.
The rainbow light feels liberating and recalibrating.
It melts away your fears and frustrations,
Strips off your human ego and aligns you to the infinite power of Source.
You surrender to it completely and allow yourself to become the mermaid you've always dreamed of becoming,
But didn't allow yourself to doing so in fear of judgment and ridicule.
You are now buried in rainbow light,
So much so that all you can see is light.
Your physical body has dissolved in the rainbow and it's slowly reforming itself into your mermaid body.
I will count backwards from five to one,
And when I reach number one,
The swirling rainbow light surrounding you will dissipate.
And you will have transformed into your one-of-a-kind mermaid.
You will be able to fully see and experience yourself as a mermaid.
Five.
Four.
Four.
The rainbow light is dissolving now and you can almost see the figure of your new body.
One.
The rainbow light has now dissolved completely to reveal your transformed self.
Take a look at your mermaid body and allow yourself to experience it fully.
What does it look like?
How does it feel?
Take some time to adjust to this new state.
Having transformed into your one-of-a-kind form of a mermaid,
You are symbolically embodying its unique qualities,
Ideas,
And beliefs that represent your perspective of love,
An ideal romantic relationship.
There's no need to consciously think about your ideas on love and relationships at this point.
These are stored in your mermaid body.
And you will get the chance to bring them into consciousness in the next meditation.
All you need to do now is just visually explore and get comfortable with your newfound mermaid form.
I'll give you some time to do this now.
Having explored your mermaid state,
It's now time to let go of your worries.
It's now time to return back to the present moment in your human body.
You can return back to your mermaid body anytime you want,
Simply by asking your mermaid guide to shower you with rainbow light.
Coming back to your mermaid body will allow you to further ingrain its meaning and symbolism in your subconscious.
As you're slowly easing your way out of your mermaid body and into your human one,
Start breathing in more intensely.
And situate yourself in the present moment.
Start by moving around your hands and wrists,
Making small circular movements with your shoulders.
Maybe moving your head around clockwise.
And anticlockwise.
And when you're ready,
Take a long,
Deep breath in.
Hold it.
Smile.
Open your eyes and release.
