Feel free to use pillows and blankets to cover up and get cozy.
Pause now if you need to get your things before we carry on.
Take a breath and close your eyes.
It's been a busy day working and running errands out and about.
You get back home and you decide to stay in,
Get cozy and relax.
You decide to go to the living room and light the fire.
You see the beauty and feel the heat from the flames.
To get as comfortable as possible,
You choose to go get comfortable clothes on.
You choose a loose,
Comfy sweater,
Loose sweats,
And snuggly slippers.
Next,
You go to the kitchen and find a lovely mug to make your favorite hot drink.
Then you're ready to go and sit by the fire.
You have a big,
Cozy blanket to snuggle up tight on the couch.
You hold your mug close to you,
One hand in the handle and the other on the edge.
You gently blow into the drink to cool it down to cool it down while you feel the warmth and see the steam rise up.
Your first sip trickles down your tongue down to your throat and warms you up.
You feel nice and cozy.
As you look in front of you,
You see the fire crackling,
Moving in its own pattern.
Mostly you see yellow colors in the flames.
Also see some orange,
A little bit of red and blue.
Fire moves every which way.
It's mesmerizing.
You feel cozy,
Warm,
And peaceful.
You drink more from your mug and bring your blanket closer to all of your body.
Feeling snuggled up,
You decide to lay down on the couch.
You even have a pillow there.
You feel the warmth,
The sound of the beautiful fire,
And the feeling of calm.
You decide to gently close your eyes to feel the blissful and calm environment.
As you hear the fire crackling,
You doze off.
You slowly start to wake up,
Hear the beautiful fire,
Gently blink your eyes open.
Here you can decide to keep on resting as much as you need,
Or you can start to get ready to go about the rest of your day.
When you're ready,
Take a breath in and take a breath out.
Start to wiggle parts of your body,
Including your fingers,
Your toes.
Bring your hands up behind your head,
Stretching out your arms,
Legs,
And toes.
When you're ready,
Roll over to one side.
A few more breaths here.
Still waking up from that relaxation,
Breathing in and breathing out.
When you're ready,
Start to push your body back up.
Sit up.
Feel the warmth and calm of this cozy time.
