Her approach blends restorative yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness to gently regulate the nervous system and support the safe processing of emotions. Gemma has been practicing yoga and meditation since 2014 and teaching since 2018. She has certifications in various yoga styles (Hatha, Vinyasa, & Yin), Yoga Nidra, Somatics, and Grief Coaching.
