Before we start,

Take a deep breath in and a long sigh out.

Repeat after me.

I am calm and centred.

I release all tension and stress from my mind and body.

I am peaceful and relaxed.

I trust everything will work out for my highest good.

I let go of all worries and concerns.

I am surrounded by love and positive energy.

I am capable of handling any situation that comes my way.

I am in control of my thoughts and emotions.

I am grateful for all the blessings in my life.

I choose to focus on the present moment and let go of the past and future.
