A short, grounding pause design for the daily life. The bowls work together to help the heart soften, the mind settle, and the body return to its natural rhythm. The rain stick moves through the bowls to keep you anchored in the present moment. This practice is for the in-between moments of your day: between meetings, before a difficult conversation, after waking, or anytime you need a reset. No preparation needed. Find a comfortable position, close your eyes if it feels right, and let the sound do the work. Five minutes is enough. Stillness is maintenance, not luxury.
