Welcome and thank you for joining me for this meditation.
In this practice I will be inviting you to visualize your highest self and embody that vision in your daily life.
This session is a journey of self-reflection and empowerment to encourage you to connect with that best version of yourself.
Let's start by finding a comfortable seat,
A position that allows your body to feel relaxed.
Then feel free to close your eyes or soften your gaze.
Begin by scanning your whole body from the feet to head,
Releasing any tension you might find along the way.
Notice the points of contact with your chair or cushion.
Feel your feet and legs.
Lengthen your spine.
Relax your shoulders.
Allow your arms and hands to rest in a natural position for you.
Finally,
Align your shin parallel to the floor.
Soften your jaw and eyelids,
Your entire face and maybe let a gentle smile to come to your lips.
Now turn your attention to your breath.
Feel the natural rhythm of your inhales and exhales.
When you breathe in,
Be present with breathing in.
When you breathe out,
Be present with breathing out.
If your mind wanders during this practice,
Be happy you notice it and then gently bring attention back to your breath.
When you feel ready,
Start to imagine yourself sitting in meditation in your personal meditation paradise.
You are seated there and you can feel the perfect temperature,
The peaceful atmosphere surrounding you.
And then you notice that other person has joined to meditate with you today.
This person in front of you is your future self and you can sense the love,
Compassion and wisdom emanating from their heart.
This future version of you is deeply happy.
It's free from every obstacle.
It's living their purpose with love and fulfillment.
You can see all of that in their eyes.
So take a moment to express your gratitude for their presence and guidance.
Thank them for joining you today in meditation.
Feel the deep connection between you two.
Your future self knows you better than anyone else in this planet.
They are happy to help you overcome any challenges and they are open to work with you.
Open to help you to figure the next steps to go beyond the things that are holding you back.
Open to help you to manifest your deepest dreams,
Guiding you with love and compassion.
So take a moment to ask for guidance and listen closely what they have to share.
Observe the beauty and radiance of your future self.
Connect with their power and compassion,
Their wisdom,
Knowing they are always there to support you.
One more time,
Express your gratitude for their presence,
Their wisdom,
Their guidance.
Stand up and start to dissolve.
Feel their reassurance and confidence.
Know that they are always available to guide you.
Take a few moments to soak in the wisdom and love that emanates from your future self.
Allow yourself to bask in their energy,
Knowing that this connection is always available to you.
Knowing that you are now that future self,
That you have all their love,
Compassion,
Wisdom within you already.
Now,
Begin to transition back to the present moment.
Start to dissolve your meditation paradise.
Feel the ground beneath you.
Feel the air on your skin.
Gently wiggle fingers and toes and come back to your body.
When you are ready,
Slowly open your eyes and take a deep breath,
Allowing yourself to fully return to the present moment.
