Hello,
I'm Dr.
Nethi.
I hope this message finds you well.
Today,
I want to talk about change.
My friends,
Change is inevitable.
It's one of the few guarantees we have in this life.
It's the very thing we try so hard to control,
Delay,
Or outrun.
But the truth is this.
Change comes whether we're ready for it or not.
It arrives sometimes quietly,
Like a shift in the wind,
Or suddenly,
Like a storm.
And although change can feel uncomfortable,
Change is often the very force that moves us toward the life we're meant to live.
When we think back on the defining moments of our lives,
The ones that shape us,
Stretch us,
Or soften us,
Most of them are born from change.
Think about it.
A new job,
A loss,
Or even just a chance we took.
It could even be a door that closed,
A relationship that evolved or didn't work out.
These moments weren't always easy,
But somehow,
They could grow us.
They can teach us something about who we are and even what we're capable of.
Change has a way of revealing strength that we didn't even know we had.
But knowing this,
We still resist.
I know I do.
We cling to what feels familiar,
Even when it's no longer serving us.
We hold on to routines and identities and even expectations because,
Quite frankly,
They feel safe.
Yet growth rarely happens in those safe spaces or people or what we think is comfortable.
Growth actually happens in the stretch,
The in-between moments when we're not who we think we are,
When we're in the middle of becoming.
Yes,
I know,
That space can feel uncertain,
But it's also sacred.
It's where transformation actually begins.
But I have a challenge for you.
What if,
Instead of fearing change,
We welcome it?
What if we saw it not as something being taken from us,
But something being given to us?
A new experience,
A new perspective,
A new opportunity,
A new chapter that we never would have written for ourselves,
One that carries purpose.
Change is life's way of reminding us that we're not meant to stay stagnant.
Remember,
Rivers don't stand still.
Seasons don't pause,
And neither do we.
When we allow ourselves to flow with change rather than fight against it,
We find a softness,
A peace,
And a resilience that carries us through.
So today,
Let's all release the idea that change is something to fear.
Let's drop that.
We don't have to adopt that fear is a bad thing or change is a bad thing.
It's just a thing.
Let's recognize change as a powerful companion for our journey.
Let's trust that every shift,
Even the hard ones,
Are going to guide us,
Grow us,
And shape us into a stronger version of ourselves.
Lastly,
Change is inevitable.
But so is our ability to rise,
To adapt,
To transform,
To face it head-on.
And when we surrender to that truth,
We won't just survive.
We'll be renewed.
