Good morning,
This is Candice with Mindtology and it is a joy to guide you today.
This morning our theme is movement,
The motion of life within you,
Not only hard body bends or stretches but the way your breath opens space,
The way your emotions shift,
Your energy rises or the way your inner world strengthens and reshapes itself moment by moment.
Movement is a mirror,
When the body feels tight or hesitant it often reflects the places inside you that fear,
Change or feel unsure.
And when the body finds ease,
Strength or flow it reminds you of your deep ability to adapt,
To grow and to move through life with power and grace.
So settle into where you are right now,
Feeling grounded,
Supported and gently waking.
Let your breath arrive naturally,
Feel the softening of your belly,
Feel the rise of your chest and the release in your shoulders.
Each breath brings you a little more online,
Like the first light spreading across a morning sky.
If your mind runs ahead,
Whisper softly,
I am here.
So now bring your attention to one part of your body that feels tight or guarded or restrained.
It might be a shoulder that holds stress,
A hip carrying old tension,
Your breath being restricted with emotions or your heart when vulnerability feels risky.
These sensations are not failures,
They are messages.
Ask this area quietly,
What are you holding?
Then ask,
What do you need to feel safe enough to move a little more?
If there is pain or limitation,
You might ask,
How can I support you today?
With respect,
Without pushing you beyond your limits.
Movement is not always action.
Sometimes movement is simply warmth returning,
Awareness arriving or protection beginning to soften.
Now imagine a river flowing inside of you.
This is your life force,
Your emotional current.
You might feel the water moving,
Steady,
Fully alive.
Maybe you might see it moving through your veins.
Notice the color of this energy flow.
Feel the sensation.
Now notice where the water slows down.
These are the places where tension or fear are collected.
Notice them in your body.
Maybe they are represented as a stone or a branch blocking the river flow.
Now imagine lifting those obstacles gently.
Feel what happens,
Might be a flow shift.
Continue going along the river,
Noticing the obstacles and removing them with intention and love.
And notice how the river widens,
How it moves more freely.
Maybe you might hear the flow of it.
You don't need to clear everything,
Just create a little bit more space.
This space that frees you,
This space that gives you more possibility.
And now bring your awareness back into your physical body and choose one area that spoke to you.
Notice it,
Feel this area and ask this restricted area what is one small or big respectful step I can take today to support your movement.
It may be a stretch,
A deeper breath.
It might be hydration or rest.
Maybe more compassion.
Just listen.
And if an area cannot move yet,
You may ask,
How can the rest of my body support you while you heal?
Movement is never isolated.
Your whole body collaborates.
Your whole being participates.
Listen.
And now I want you to take a deep breath in,
An energizing breath.
And then a long breath out,
Releasing what doesn't serve you anymore.
And at the subtle inner commitment.
And now gently nod your head to a subtle inner commitment.
I will say yes to listening.
Yes to supporting myself as I am.
Yes to moving with truth and respect.
Yes to letting life flow through me today and release my expectations.
Feel this yes settle into your chest like a warm bright light.
And begin gently to bring movement back into your body.
Moving your fingers,
Maybe rolling your shoulders,
Follow what feels right for you.
Let the energy rise.
And let your mind come back into your body fully.
You are stepping.
You are stepping into this day not by force,
But by flow.
This is your morning.
This is your morning.
Your movement.
Your vitality.
Your way of meeting life attentive,
Powerful and alive with all authenticity and care.
Take a final energizing breath in.
And when you feel ready,
Gently open your eyes.
Welcome to your day and move with intention.
Move with joy.
Move with life.
The music will continue for a few moments.
So take this time to set an intention.
And write in your journal what came to you.
And when you are complete,
Move into your day with vibrancy and strength.
And remove your headphones.
