Good evening,
This is Candice with Mindtology and it's a privilege to guide you tonight.
After a day of receiving through your senses,
Your experiences,
Your interactions,
You now enter a space where nourishment becomes quieter,
More subtle and intentional.
As the body begins to slow down and the mind prepares to rest,
Your system continues to process everything you have taken in.
Not only the food you have eaten,
But the words you have heard,
The images you have seen,
The emotions you have absorbed,
All of it being sorted,
Integrated or gently released.
And tonight we honor nourishment in its fullest form,
Not just what fills you,
But what truly feeds you.
Because nourishment is not only about consumption,
It is about discernment and growth.
And from this space we begin.
If it is not already done,
Close your eyes and gently bring your awareness to your breath.
No need to change anything,
Just noticing.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Letting the day soften just a little more with every exhale.
As there is nowhere to go,
Nothing to do,
But simply being there in your body.
And you can bring your awareness to nourishment.
Everything you take in,
What you see,
What you hear,
What you feel,
What you allow into your inner world.
And imagine yourself as a living ecosystem,
Like a plant,
Unique,
Intelligent and deeply responsive to its environment.
A plant does not force its growth,
It responds.
It responds to the soil,
The water,
The light,
The air.
And you are no different.
Your body,
Your mind,
Your heart are constantly receiving and responding.
Without judgment,
Just begin to notice what have you been feeding yourself.
The food on your plate,
The conversation you engage in,
The environments you enter,
The thoughts you revisit.
Notice what feels nourishing,
What brings energy,
Clarity and lightness.
And simply acknowledge it.
And then gently notice what feels like too much or not enough.
Perhaps too much stimulation,
Too many voices.
Or perhaps too little rest,
Too little movement,
Too little connection.
Just observing.
Like a quiet inventory.
And now imagine your inner garden.
See it,
Feel it.
Some areas thriving,
Alive,
Colorful and vibrant.
And others are dark,
Asking softly for attention.
Perhaps something feels dry,
Needing nourishment.
Or perhaps there has been too much,
Too much input and things feel heavy.
Maybe the light has been too strong or not enough.
Just notice without judgment.
Because awareness is where change begins.
And now,
Bring your mind's eye to the different ways you nourish your life.
Your body,
Through movement and rest.
Your mind,
Through what you consume.
Your relationships,
Through your connections.
Your purpose,
Through meaning.
Your environment,
Through what you surround yourself.
Your heart,
Through presence and gratitude.
Your inner world,
Through stillness.
And looking at the big picture of all these elements.
Notice where there is balance.
And where there is a quiet call for adjustment.
Where something needs a little bit more.
And where something might need a little bit less.
Less noise,
Less pressure,
Less excess.
There's nothing to fix,
Only to listen.
And now imagine making small natural adjustments,
Like a gardener.
Adding where there is lack.
Softening where there is too much.
And creating space where there is overwhelm.
Letting go of what no longer supports your growth.
And allowing what does.
You do not need to do it all.
Just one small shift is enough.
Because your system already knows what nourishes you,
And what doesn't.
And naturally,
Day by day,
You will make decisions aligned more and more with what nourishes you truly.
And now,
Gently return to your breath.
Breathing in.
And breathing out.
And allow a quiet intention to form.
To choose more consciously what you allow in your life.
Not from restriction,
But from care.
From respect.
From the understanding that you are cultivating something.
A life.
A body.
A mind.
A heart.
That deserves to be nourished deeply and wisely.
And perhaps you carry one simple question.
Is this nourishing me?
And let it settle softly.
No pressure.
Just awareness.
Is this nourishing me?
And as your body continues to rest and your mind softens,
Allow this to integrate naturally.
Trusting that even the smallest shift creates big change.
And when you are ready,
You can drift gently into sleep or into a calm and intentional evening.
Keeping this quiet clarity with you.
Breathing in.
And gently letting go of what doesn't nourish you.
