Take a moment to get comfy,
Close your eyes and drop in.
Let's take three soothing,
Slow breaths together.
First let's completely release the breath to prepare and breathe in slowly,
Holding at the top of your breath for a moment,
Then a smooth,
Slow exhale.
Take another breath in,
Lightly hold and release,
Relaxing all the tension in your body.
Inhale and lightly hold and release.
Drop your shoulders and let go of everything happening in your life right now.
Maintain a slow,
Calming breath throughout this meditation.
Drop your attention deeper inwards.
Focus on your heart as a point of connection.
Breathe here.
Feel every spark of love and joy radiating together.
Lightworker,
I see you.
I know the work you do.
You don't have to be an official healer,
Teacher or yogi to help people undo their blocks to reveal their true magnificence.
You can be the office worker who makes people feel seen,
Or the carer who listens,
Empathises and acknowledges.
You are the space holder,
The joy bringer.
You are the calm and restful presence to those who need it.
You are the bringer of awakening moments.
You're doing the work on yourself and naturally leading by example.
Your human isn't perfect,
But your inner light is.
The source of truth within.
The spark that remembers it's a part of God.
However you bring the light to our collective experience,
You are seen.
You are valued and loved.
Use this meditation as a gift of gratitude from Source,
The one who truly knows and sees your radiance.
Use your senses to embody the following experience.
See or feel now your physical body,
It's head,
Limbs,
Bones and skin.
It feels solid,
Yet when you look under a microscope and look closer,
Closer still,
There is nothing but space.
See your body slowly fading,
Going translucent,
Turning to light.
Iridescent sparkles dance over this beautiful light as the illusion of the solid structure fades.
As it fades away completely,
All that's left is light.
Without the bounds of the limiting idea of the body,
This light expands immediately.
It dances freely and mingles with all the other bodies around that are also fading and changing to light.
We're glimpsing truth.
When we undo limitations,
Beliefs and fear,
All that's left is light.
This is what you do for people in your own magnificent creative way.
It comes easy to you,
It's your gift,
You love to help in this way,
And this is exactly what you're here to do.
As you focus on the sparkling,
Iridescent light that used to be a limited body,
You see it permanently merging with the other lights,
Where there were once bodies.
Your collective light is joyfully expanding,
You feel great joy,
Deep peace and acceptance.
You're so grateful to be here with your brothers and sisters,
Together as one.
It feels like home.
Beings you thought were incredible awake masters are here with you,
Your equals in oneness,
Reflections of your truth.
As you sense more lights joining in the oneness,
You sense a sublime presence of love,
Dazzling transcendent,
Unconditional,
You've reached source.
You have no question but to surrender to this incredible feeling,
As you're engulfed and deeply absorbed in the overwhelming experience of divine love.
You are completely seen,
Known and loved by God.
You are at one,
Unconditionally eternal.
Enjoy being here for a few moments,
As you continue to bathe in this overwhelming experience of unconditional love.
Feel the deep sense of connection to source,
And to all in this collective light.
There's a profound understanding here,
That you're an integral part of the cosmic tapestry,
An essential thread in the fabric of existence.
As you immerse yourself in this boundless love,
Allow any lingering doubts or fears to dissipate,
Knowing that you are held and supported by source.
In this moment of pure connection,
Take a moment to set your intentions.
See yourself as a conduit of light,
Carrying the love and wisdom of source with you.
Feel the power of this radiant light flowing through your heart and out into the world,
Touching the lives of all those who you encounter.
Know that your every action,
No matter how small,
Has the potential to ripple out and create positive change in the lives of others.
You're a vessel of love,
And as you share this gift with the world,
You inspire others to awaken to their own light.
Take a deep breath and anchor this experience within you.
This sacred space of oneness and divine love is your everyday truth.
It doesn't only exist here in meditation.
You've broken through the limitations of ego to experience it deeply today.
But know that you can do this anytime by simply remembering the truth and overlooking the dramas of the dream world.
The light is always here,
By looking beyond the veil with your inner sight.
When you're ready,
Slowly bring your awareness back to the present moment.
Take some time to re-land in your physical body,
With all your fingers and toes,
Feeling the physical sensations of your body.
Gradually open your eyes,
Carrying with you the warmth and radiance of this divine connection.
