Welcome to this meditation to quieten your mind and thoughts,
Relax your body and soften into a healing state.
When we let everything go and surrender the body's natural healing system is activated.
The mind quietens down and you reconnect with your innate state of peace.
This inner peace is always there for us to soften into.
When we let the mind run wild and focus on life's dramas it feels like this peace is completely lost but it can never be lost.
It's safely there within under the layers of mind.
So let's start calming that mind down now so we can dip into the real you,
The peaceful you.
Get comfy in your seat and close your eyes.
Relax your body,
Drop your shoulders,
Relax your jaw,
Start slowing your breathing down to a nice calm rhythm.
We're going to take ten slow breaths together so to prepare let go of all your breath now and breathe in for the first breath and breathe out.
Breathe in and out completely releasing all tension and letting go.
Inhale for breath three and out.
Try to extend the exhale for a little longer than the inhale.
Breathe in,
Try to stay focused on your breathing,
Following the journey of your breath mentally and breathe out.
Breathe in and a nice long exhale.
Breathe in for breath six and out.
If your mind wanders as soon as you notice this bring it gently back to my words.
In and out.
The more you practice this the easier and quicker it will be to drop into a state of peace.

Fully letting go now and the final mindful breath in and out.
Now let go of focusing on your breath but keep it nice and slow.
We're now going to focus on relaxing your entire being more deeply.
Remember if your mind wanders just gently bring it back and let go of any feelings of disappointment or guilt.
Start to sense now a gentle energy around the bottom of your feet.
This energy feels kind,
Safe and warm.
It holds a healing power to completely break through any form of suffering and rejuvenate you from the inside out.
Feel the energy gently permeating the soles of your feet.
Every cell is being caressed,
Held,
Healed and renewed.
Feel that energy in the bottom of your feet dancing with a lightness that's not of this world.
It might feel tingly,
Alive and refreshing.
The energy starts to move up your legs bringing the same light healing energy through every cell of your lower legs.
Completely replenishing the entire knees and up through your thighs.
As the energy reaches the point of your base chakra where your spine begins it strengthens and expands as it engulfs your hips and pelvic area.
Healing and loving as it goes.
The energy moves up through your stomach and ribs healing every detail of your being physically,
Emotionally and spiritually.
The body is a projection from the mind so as each of these areas completely lets go and transforms your mind is healing too.
The energy becomes even stronger as it glides into your heart area.
Your entire chest is lit up with the most iridescent kind feeling.
This transformative healing energy trickles down your arms and engulfs each finger.
Your neck is now enjoying the potent healing force as your entire body is slowly gently held by the most beautiful pleasure you've ever felt.
And finally your face,
Scalp and entire head joins the rest of your renewed body.
Every cell is a light with peace.
All parts of the body opening,
Relaxing and surrendering.
You're held safely and peacefully in this state.
Your mind is healing your body.
Your mind has an important job to do.
It's becoming a fierce ally in your healing.
Your mind needs a thought system in which to think.
If it's left to its own devices just reacting to outside stimuli it will become filled with drama and stuck in loops.
But with a conscious mindful positive thought system the mind is your greatest tool.
It will relax your body,
It will find solutions,
It'll guide you to create your dreams and it'll feel incredibly satisfied,
Peaceful and harmonious with its positive purpose.
From this day forward your mind has a new direction to focus on the guidance it receives from this positive energy force that has graduated every cell in your body.
Use your mind as a tool to seek guidance for positive outcomes,
Opportunities,
Support and healing.
My friend your mind is epic.
It just needs a framework in which to think.
Stay conscious,
Stay alert,
Don't let drama take over your mind.
Come back to this peaceful place often so you can connect to your innate state of inner peace and lead your life down a more peaceful path.
