Frances discovered a process to transform suffering & find inner peace through the transformative teachings of A Course In Miracles, and now she extends her passion for these teachings to others through insightful meditations and videos. Frances blends a light, playful energy with the liberating principles of A Course In Miracles. Additionally, Frances is qualified as a yoga instructor and offers in person classes focused on guiding participants back into alignment with who they truly are and finding deep peace. She has delved deep into metaphysics, completing three intensive courses with the Maitreya Education Trust and also gained practitioner level in Reiki. Alongside her spiritual pursuits, Frances works in design, illustration and social media.
