So sitting back and relaxing in your space and know that there is no mistake why you're here,
Why that we've all gathered together right here now to be in this sacred space,
Your sacred space and in this particular time,
An exciting time of change,
Of evolving and reconnecting back to spirit,
Back to our soul source.
So taking a deep breath in now into your belly,
Breathing in and breathing out on a sigh and again deep breath in into your belly,
Feel your belly rise and breathing out on a sigh and one more time deep breath in and breathing out on a sigh and calling in your energy now because as we go through our day our energy expands out all around us and our energy mingles with those that we meet,
Those that we work with,
Those that we travel with,
With our family,
Our friends,
All types of relationships and know that it's time to call your energy back.
So imagine now that if you were like a light bulb where the energy in the light expands out,
I want you to call that light back in and bring it back now back to the filament which is your heart.
Draw it back now so that you are now sitting in your own energy and notice how freeing that feels to be back and sometimes it just helps to place a hand over your heart just to bring your awareness back to your body,
Back to your heart and I invite you now to take yourself to a place in nature that calls you right now.
It may be the beach,
A beautiful warm balmy night and you're just sitting on the sand looking out to the horizon with a beautiful sunset and the sky is an amazing blaze of colors or you may be in a forest where the light is beginning to dim and there's a cool breeze around you and you feel so connected with all the trees,
All the bushes,
All the plants,
All the flowers or you may be at a river just observing the water gently flowing over the rocks.
Take yourself now to where you are being called,
Where your soul is calling you home and now that you're here,
Here in this beautiful sacred space,
Sit down in this place here whether it be the beach,
The forest,
The river,
Even in your own backyard,
Wherever it is,
Sit now and feel the energy around you and in this beautiful place you may hear the beautiful sound of the birds singing,
You may hear the rustling of leaves around you from the nearby trees in the bushes or you may hear that gentle stream flowing and be aware of your breath,
Be aware of your body,
Your amazing vehicle that your soul chose for you to experience life this time,
This place,
In this existence,
In this calling to life that predates your birth,
Maybe even predates the many births that you've had and be aware of the beating of your heart and if your heart was a direct link to spirit and to your soul,
I wonder what your soul would say to you right now what images comes to your mind,
What feelings do you feel in your body,
What sensations are you feeling and what knowing do you feel deep within you every soul has a voice,
Every body has a purpose and every lifetime has a meaning and your soul is now calling you to this time in this space to rejoice in the knowing that the time has come the time has come to find your voice to find your calling,
To find your meaning and to find your community in which you can now step into and be all you were designed to be,
To love from your extraordinary heart,
To make a difference feel your heart singing and feel the energy of your heart flowing in all directions through your body up towards your crown and down towards your root chakra and all the way down to your feet,
Feel yourself enveloped in your heart energy and because we have a heart,
We have a soul,
We have a mind,
We have a purpose spirit has found its way into you now through the crown of your head and feel a beautiful amazing escalation of energy flowing out from the crown of your head up and around you but feel it connecting up to the furthest star in the sky and know that your higher self that that knows you on the most intimate level is calling you now and feel the energy drawing you up now from this space and taking you up through the layers of the dimensions that are simply just past that curtain,
That imaginary curtain of energy that we feel that we can't move through unless we pass but spirit wants you to know you can attain that higher energy in consciousness just by the intention so if your higher self was to communicate with you now what would be the message?
Allow yourself to ascend now to the higher dimensions to the higher source and know you're protected,
Know that you're aligned and know that you're supported always.
There's no division here,
There's no separation,
Just connectedness,
Loving integration of spirit,
Soul,
Physical and mind and so with this beautiful all-encompassing energy that is flowing into you,
Through you,
Around you,
Know that your soul and your higher self and all the angels guides and ethereal beings are rejoicing in this connection right now and be aware there is no surprise because you have done this many many many times during many many lifetimes so listen now,
Listen now with your heart listen with your innermost being to the silent whisperings of your higher self and your soul and allow yourself now to rest,
Rest in this space,
The no space,
In the zone,
In the quietness,
The subtle whisperings of the soul when we listen past the clogged mire of thoughts,
Beliefs,
Ideals and doubts,
When we allow ourself to sit in our own special sacred energy,
We connect with all that is and what if,
What if we could give our ego and the overactive mind a backseat and give our soul,
Our higher spirit,
Our higher knowing the front seat and allow it to drive from here on in,
How magical will that journey be?
And what if we strengthen the relationships with our ancestors,
With spirit,
With divine source?
What if they became our primary relationships?
What magic would unfold then?
And what if we came back to the heart?
What if we came back to that which beats within our body moment after moment,
Second after second,
From our first breath to our last?
What if?
Let your heart communicate with you now,
Let your heart do the talking,
Let your heart be the voice box for your soul.
The fire has been lit,
The light is glowing and the warmth is emanating out in all directions from your heart and it is this energy that feeds us now.
It is this energy that will propel us forward in to the new age of awakening.
So embody this energy now,
Embody this love that emanates from you,
Within you,
Eternally,
Divinely,
Not just for yourself but for all who connect with you.
It's now time to bring yourself back,
Back now into your body and I invite you now to take a deep breath in,
Into your belly,
Breathing in and breathing out.
Very slowly,
Very gradually bringing your awareness down your body to your feet and gently wriggling your toes.
Bringing your awareness down your arms,
Your hands to your fingers and gently wriggling your fingers.
And if you feel compelled to,
I invite you to gently rub your hands together just to generate a bit of warmth and then place them over your heart.
And when you're ready and in your own time,
Gently open your eyes.
