Today we're talking about the idea chaos means change.
When you experience chaos,
Change is here.
Chaos is the divine disruptor.
Chaos shakes up stuck energy and causes it to flow.
When you notice things are falling apart and falling away,
Trust you are becoming unstuck.
Chaos can seem frightening because it feels unpredictable,
But it is not.
Everything will sort and shift until you find your way again to flow.
When chaos arrives,
Know the time of stuckness is over.
Change has come.
The universe.
So I really love this idea because it helps us when we notice chaos in our lives to not immediately have a panic attack and think that everything is going badly.
When we are in these grooves of a way of being,
A situation,
We tend to kind of stick in our groove,
A lot of us,
Kind of hard to pull us out of this particular groove we've gotten comfortable with.
And sometimes it's a really beneficial groove and then in that case the universe is just going to let it,
Just going to let you groove on in your groove,
You know,
Sort of for as long as you need.
But other times we get in these grooves of melancholy or depression or anger or not healthy and we get stuck in those grooves and so it becomes difficult.
The universe can't just,
Hey you there in that unhealthy groove,
Come on over,
Let's get you unstuck.
Often it takes quite a bit of effort to pull us out of this place and to help us understand that we are ready to move to something different.
And this is why chaos swoops in as the grand disruptor.
Now we already know that synchronicities,
Those little signs the universe is always giving you every single day,
All the time,
Synchronicities are disruptors too.
They're just smaller,
Gentler disruptors and if we are following on the path of flow we have a process where we're paying attention to all these synchronicities and as a synchronicity happens we're following it.
We don't even have to think about it after a certain level of practicing has happened.
This is just how we live.
We live with synchronicities and signs as our markers and we readily and happily just go towards those as the divine guidance it is and then we stay in this kind of flow path.
But then of course you know we're not all fully enlightened beings so it doesn't always work that way.
Other times we get really stuck in these you know grooves that aren't beneficial and then it takes a big disruptor to get our attention.
So sometimes the big disruptors,
The chaos,
You know it's an illness or an accident or we lose our job or we break up with someone or something else along those lines happens.
So if you do spot chaos in your life,
Now sometimes it's just a day where I don't know you get up and you stub your toe and then something else happens something else happens and by the end of the day you're like what was that?
How were all those chaotic signs all at once coming in?
So trust that if this is the case chances are good that you have been not paying attention to or not noticing or ignoring or refuting those simple synchronicities,
The small disruptors that are pretty pleasant.
You've kind of been blocking those or disregarding those and now the universe has to move in with a little bit heavier disruptor so that you'll start to pay attention.
Chaos is what this looks like.
When you experience chaos changes here so we don't have to guess about the timing.
When chaos comes,
Change is happening.
It's immediate.
You're in it.
What was before will no longer be.
In synchronicities you have this more leisurely pace because you're always seeking flow state but if you leave it until chaos,
Chaos comes in the grand disruptor and kind of takes you out of the groove,
The unhealthy groove and pops you into a new reality and there's no arguing.
Often it's more painful,
There's more suffering.
Much better to choose the smaller synchronicities and follow along but anyway if you find yourself in chaos,
Change is here,
Change has come.
