The practices are built on major methodological approaches to systematically ease the access to the HeartSelf-Intelligence (HSI) and its vibrational frequency. The methods to move into this vibrational field are, first, Heart meditations, which offer a systemic approach to unfolding the inner sensory perception, training the observer and holding focus. Secondly, exercises on ‘re-membering’ the inner voice by living and fostering qualities which resonate finely heart tuned vibrations.

May I invite you to join me in the Heart Self-Intelligence Meditation,

Befriending the heart,

And find a good place and a comfortable place to sit down,

To relax,

And then take a few deep breaths,

And in and out,

And in and out.

I invite you to close your eyes and turn your focus inward,

Become aware of your physical sensations of what's happening in your body right now at this particular moment.

Is it warm,

Cold,

Expanded,

Contracted?

Does it feel light,

Heavy,

Bright,

Dark?

Just scan.

And then become aware of your five senses,

Your sense of listening,

Touching,

Smelling,

Tasting,

Seeing.

These are your tools with which you interact in this three-dimensional world.

Just become aware of them.

And then maybe you can become aware of your feelings and emotions which are present right now,

And where in your body they're located.

And now I would like you to observe your mind,

What's happening in your mind.

Is it quiet?

Are the thoughts turning?

Are there empty spaces?

Just observe.

Just watch what's happening there.

And then I invite you to turn your focus and your attention to your physical heart.

Become aware of your heartbeat,

Of your pulse.

If that is difficult for you,

Just use your hand and touch your artery on the neck or touch your wrist.

This is your life energy flowing through you,

Coming.

Therefore it carries all the information,

What happens in your body,

Back to the heart.

And then I invite you to address your heart directly with your inner voice.

Maybe you can bow to it first and say thank your heart for beating so well for me for all these years.

And then may I invite you to resonate the following word sounds into your heart area.

Heart,

Your health and love.

And heart,

Your health and deep love.

And allow it to resonate into each cell,

Into the core of the cell.

The RNA,

DNA,

Genes,

Epigenes,

Molecules and atoms.

And then we can resonate the following word sounds as well into your heart area.

I am a self,

Capital S.

I am potential,

I am infinite potential.

And again allow it to resonate into each cell,

Into the core of the cell,

Into the RNA,

DNA,

Genes,

Epigenes,

Molecules and atoms.

And then bring your focus back to your heart and to your pulse.

And then at your own pace move your hand and your feet before you open your eyes.
