1: Befriending The Heart

The meditations are built on major methodological approaches to systematically ease the access to the HeartSelf-Intelligence (HSI) and its vibrational frequency. The methods to move into this vibrational field are, first, Heart meditations, which offer a systemic approach to unfolding the inner sensory perception, training the observer and holding focus. Secondly, exercises on ‘re-membering’ the inner voice, the inner Guru, by living and fostering qualities which resonate finely heart tuned vibrations.

Transcript

May I invite you to the first in the series of Aligning with the Heart Self-Intelligence Meditations.

You can sit comfortably,

Straighten the back,

You can put your hands on your knees,

You can have them open on your knees,

You can put them in front of you,

Thumbs touching around your hara.

Just find a comfortable position.

And then I invite you to breathe in and out a few times with the open mouth.

Breathe out and in and out and in and out.

Another deep one,

Breathe in and out.

And maybe you can close your eyes now and you turn your focus inward to become aware of your physical sensations of what's happening in your body right now.

Is it warm?

Cold?

Expanded?

Contracted?

Does it feel light,

Heavy,

Bright,

Dark?

Just scan,

Just watch,

Just observe.

And then I invite you to turn your focus to your five senses,

Your sense of listening,

Touching,

Smelling,

Tasting,

Seeing,

And become aware that these are your tools with which you interact in this reality,

In this third dimensional world.

And maybe you can also become aware of your feelings and emotions which are present right now at this particular moment and where you feel them in your body,

Where they're located.

And see if you can observe your mind,

What's happening in your mind.

Is it quiet?

Are there any thoughts turning?

Are there any empty spaces?

Just watch,

Just observe.

And now I invite you to turn your focus and your attention to your physical heart.

Become aware of your heartbeat,

Of your pulse.

If you cannot,

Touch your artery on the forearm or touch your artery on the neck.

Become aware that this is your life energy flowing through you,

Coming from the heart and returning to the heart.

Therefore it carries all the information of your various bodies back to the heart.

And now I invite you with your inner voice,

Address your heart directly.

Maybe you want to bow to it first and then say thank your heart for beating so well for me for all these years.

And I invite you to resonate the following word sounds into your heart area.

Heart,

Your health and love.

Heart,

Your health and deep love.

Allow this to resonate into the core of each cell of your heart,

Into the RNA,

DNA,

Into the genes,

Epigenes,

Into the molecules all the way down to the atoms.

Heart,

Your health and deep love.

Gently bring your focus back to your heart and to your pulse.

And then in your own rhythm,

Move your hand in your feet before you open your eyes.

What are we actually doing in this meditation,

This aligning with the heart self intelligence?

In this particular meditation is number one.

We are learning to train the observer by watching what's going on.

At the same time we're learning to discern between different levels of vibration,

That is the physical body,

Sensory perceptions,

The emotional body and the mental and then go deeper into the heart area.

We are also using values in that sense.

So by showing gratitude to the heart,

Gratitude has a very high vibrational quality.

So by saying thank your heart and being grateful to the heart,

What we're doing,

We're allowing this vibration to fill your heart and at the same time to go throughout your whole being.

This we may take a little bit of time but it will happen.

So basically the heart rhythm adjusts and the very specific rhythm results and this is very healthy for your whole being.

That's what we're doing with this exercise.
