One of the quickest ways to get out of your head and back into flow is to shift your attention into your body. In this session youāll learn a strategy called Feet Planted. Eyes Steady. Once you know what it feels like to be in flow, you become more aware when you are not in flow. In this session youāll learn a strategy to help you notice moments when your body and mind are synchronized and coherent and when you feel off-balance, out of sorts or unfocused.

Thinking isnāt a bad thing; itās just that weāre preoccupied and often obsessed with it. When youāre distracted your mind is in a weakened state. When your attention is directed, youāre in flow. In this session youāll learn a simple strategy to shift you from thinking to experiencing, from frazzled to flow in a few breaths.
