Take a sitting and comfortable position or lay down on your back.
Relax the bottom of your body.
Relax your upper body.
Take a deep breath and slowly close your eyes.
Open your heart.
Imagine you're breathing.
Imagine that you are in a safe environment.
In a place where you feel inner well-being.
Break through the thoughts that arise and let them go.
Bring back your attention to your breathing.
Now bring your attention to the concept of letting go.
Today is the day to let go,
Let go of what no longer serves you for your journey.
Take a moment and think about what you would like to let go in your life and about yourself.
Think about something that you carry every day and that is no longer useful for yourself.
Something that belongs to your past.
Now define an intention with that part of your life,
Of yourself,
That you want to let go.
For example,
I want to forgive myself for that mistake I made in the past.
Take a deep breath with this intention.
Learn yourself to really feel that intention inside of you.
Allow your breathing to carry you deeper inside of you.
Free yourself.
Let go of the past and create space for the new possibility.
Let go of what you cannot change.
Let go of what no longer serves you anymore.
Take a deep breath and at the exhale,
Feel the let go of this intention.
Exhale outside of you this intention.
Let go.
Let it go.
Breathe and repeat this exercise three times,
Taking a deep breath and on the exhale,
Let go of what no longer serves you.
Feel now the weight.
Feel now the weight that has left you.
Feel the space you just created for new to welcome inside of you.
Now take a deep breath and welcome this new energy,
This new possibility.
Repeat three times on the inhale,
Welcome this new energy inside of you.
Exhale through yourJA the relaxation.
Feel the light,
The divine force of the universe that is within you,
That moves with you and that gives you strength to receive and to welcome new energy of possibility inside of you.
Take a moment every day to exhale what no longer serves you and to inhale possibility.
You have everything inside of you to make significant change in your life and to create that ability to let go every day and to change your life.
You are beautiful.
You are light.
And remember,
You are the artist of your life.
Let the next exhale slowly start to open your eyes.
