This practice begins with guided support to become present in the current space and moment, tuning into your body, what is present with you, and then moving into following the breath. Breathing deep into the belly and gently releasing each exhale. We stay with the breath for about five minutes, gently bringing out attention back when the mind wanders. Then gently guided out of the practice with small movements and reorienting yourself to your space. Background music by Alexander Blu

Hello friend,

Welcome.

Make yourself comfortable.

I'm so happy to see you.

Take a moment to settle in.

Feel the earth beneath you,

The air around you.

Feel the edges of your body and fully occupy the space you are in.

Welcoming the grounding earth energy.

Beginning to notice what is present here with you now.

Noticing the breath as it moves in and out of your body.

Noticing the contact of the air with your skin.

The contact of your body with the earth.

As we are here,

Now,

Present in this moment.

I invite you to invite your breath deep into your belly.

Feeling it expand like a balloon with each inhale.

Gently soften with each exhale.

Welcoming this breath into each cell of your body,

Every part of your being,

This nurturing life force.

Being gentle with yourself,

Gently bringing your focus back to your breath when your mind wanders.

There is nothing else you need to do,

Nowhere else you need to be.

Just breathe.

Breathing in and out.

Breathing out.

Breathing out.

Breathing out.

Breathing out.

Breathing out.

Breathing out.

Breathing out.

Breathing out.

Breathing out.

Breathing out.

Breathing out.

Breathing out.

Beautiful work,

Friend.

Stay here as long as you like.

When you're ready to move back into your day,

Be gentle,

Slowly beginning to feel your fingers and your toes,

Your eyes have been closed,

Gently blinking open,

Beginning to focus on the space you're in,

Taking a look around the room and reorienting yourself.

Getting connected,

Getting in tune,

Embracing your day.

We wish you a beautiful rest of your day and I hope to see you again soon.
