Hello friend.
I know if you are listening to this recording that you are feeling overwhelmed.
Know that you are not alone as we all experience this time to time.
I invite you to take a seat,
Feel your feet on the floor,
Notice that connection with the earth.
Take a moment and lengthen your spine.
Feel a string pulling you up from the center of your head as this ease comes through your shoulders.
Feeling this lengthening and this support of your body.
Bringing your right hand to your chest just above your heart.
Connecting with that space.
Feeling the movement of your chest with the inhale and exhale.
Closing your eyes if that feels safe or just softening your gaze.
Turning in for a moment.
Following this breath slowly in and gently out.
Taking a moment here just to connect.
Again,
Feeling your feet on the floor.
Feeling the length of your spine and the weight of your hand over your heart.
Pulling a full breath in,
Deep into the belly and gently just letting it all go.
Staying here as long as you'd like.
Taking this time just for you and when you are ready,
Coming back.
Bringing your focus to the space around you and returning to whatever comes next.
