Hello my beautiful sparkly soul and welcome to the connect with your inner radiant light meditation.
I absolutely love connecting with my inner light because for years I never did and I do think it's where all our magic lies,
Our unique beautiful light,
Our life force of who we are at our essence and it's so important to connect with it as much as we can because we all know that we have dimmed ourselves.
We know that we've allowed other people to dim our light or we've let experiences dim our light but it's our task,
It's our journey to connect with it as much as we can so that it can be as bright as possible and when we're shining from our inner light,
From our inner power,
From our most beautiful radiant self,
It's going to be so attractive to others.
It's going to attract beautiful things into your life so thank you for showing up right now in this moment to connect with it.
As we go through this process I would love for you to just to soften your judgments especially if your light is a little bit dim or if it's not really even there or if it's not as bright as you thought it would be because we're here to connect with it now so let's connect with compassion and not judgment.
Let's start by getting comfortable.
You can be standing,
Sitting,
Lying down,
Whatever feels good for you and I'd love for you to close your eyes because when we close our eyes we can go into our heart space even more.
We can connect in without getting distracted from our outside environments so let's connect in closing down your eyes and just breathe into your heart space and just think of memories when you have felt your most radiant,
Your most bright,
Your most positive.
Think of a moment in your life that you felt powerful and it could be anything,
Even something small.
We're just trying to activate this light just so that we can see it and we can hear it and we can feel it.
So just feel that light and start getting curious what that light looks like in your chest space,
In your heart.
Is it small?
Is it big?
Color is it?
Is it moving around?
With compassion just get curious and feel into your light.
It's there.
It wants to come out but unfortunately we dim it so much in our lives.
Sometimes we're a little bit scared so just breathing into that light and seeing and getting curious of whatever's happening right now.
This is just a part of who you are.
Breathe into this light.
Really see it and be present with it.
Maybe there's memories or images that are coming up,
Moments that you felt like in your light where you are living your life from your light.
Just being present.
What is it doing?
Being patient and present with it and it's totally safe for you to be in your light.
So I'd love for you right now to breathe into it.
Every breath that you take in,
The light gets a little bit bigger.
It becomes a little bit more brighter.
It becomes a little bit more stronger.
It takes up a little bit more of your heart space.
Breathing in,
Allow it to be bigger,
Opening your light,
Opening your heart.
It's okay for your light to expand.
It's okay for your light to be here.
It's safe for you to live through this light.
It's safe for other people to see this light.
And I just want to ask you,
I am my most radiant when?
I am the most in my light when?
I want you to just think of this statement.
When are you most in your light?
Just being open to everything that comes up.
It might be something really simple,
But it will also be something really big.
Just connect in with what makes you the most radiant,
What makes your light shine so bright.
Can you do more of those things in your life so that you can lead from this light,
That you can feel from this light,
And that it's so bright that even if somebody does dim it a bit,
It won't really even matter.
And because this light is such an important part of you,
Is there a name that you can give it?
This part of yourself,
Can you name this light inside of you?
It could actually be like an actual name,
Or it could be like your queen light,
Your sparkle light,
Your most radiant light.
When we name it,
It actually allows it to be more present in our body.
And if no name comes up,
That's totally fine.
But just feel into it and trust your instincts,
Trust your intuition.
What could you name this beautiful light?
And in this last little bit,
Let's try to make it as big and bright and light as possible.
And being so grateful for it,
Being grateful for whatever is showing up right now,
Whatever is in your heart.
Thank you for it,
For you for showing up today.
Thank you for it shining bright within you.
And if we want to keep living from this light,
We can connect with it as much as possible.
Connect in with this beauty of your light.
Do things that make you feel the most radiant.
It's safe for you to live in this light.
It's safe for you to express yourself from this light.
It's safe for you to be happy.
Taking one last breath,
Put your hand on your chest,
Just be present with it,
Thanking it with compassion,
Low judgment.
And whenever you're ready,
Come back into the space.
You can feel the ground that's underneath you,
The bed or the chair or the couch.
Feel its support.
Wiggle your fingers and your toes.
And before you open your eyes,
Just feel that light one more time.
It's so easy now.
And you can open your eyes now and go and live with that light.
