Hello my beautiful sparkly soul and welcome to an amazing way to start your morning.

Let's just start by getting comfortable however that feels to you.

Standing up,

Sitting down,

Laying down,

And taking a couple deep breaths.

Breathe in through your nose,

Hold it,

And exhale completely.

Starting your morning with beautiful calm energy.

Breathing in through your nose,

Hold it,

And exhale completely.

Beautiful.

And just come back to like your normal regular breath.

And if you want to put your hand on your heart,

Just breathing in to gratitude right now.

What are you grateful for in this present moment?

When we are grateful for things,

It's the easiest way to raise our vibration so that we can attract amazing beautiful things.

So being grateful for as many things you can think of right now in your life.

Things that make you happy,

Things that make you bright,

Things that bring love into your heart.

They can be so small or really big.

Whatever makes you grateful.

Spending a moment here in gratitude for all the things in your life that make you happy.

And making sure that you bring this energy throughout your day to raise your vibration.

And if you're ever feeling low,

Always come back to gratitude.

But right now,

I'd love for you to bring your hand to your belly.

And let's set our intentions for this morning,

For this afternoon,

For this day.

What do you need to do?

What do you want to do?

How do you want to show up today?

How do you want to feel today?

What kind of person do you want to be today?

Feeling into the energy that you want to have today.

And setting these intentions so we're setting ourselves up for amazing things.

To feel good and to also be productive.

How do you really want to show up today?

What are your goals today?

How do you want to get all of this stuff done?

How can you be compassionate with yourself today?

How can you be compassionate with others?

And how can you live from the best version of yourself today?

Just take a moment and ground this energy by already feeling it.

Feel how you want to feel today.

Think about the things that you want to get done.

Trust that they will all get done.

And also ground in how you want to show up.

How you want to do life.

How do you want to do your life?

You get to choose.

And take a really big,

Deep breath in through your nose.

Hold it.

In the hold,

Be present.

Be calm.

And exhale through your mouth completely.

And taking one last moment,

We get to choose how we live our lives.

We get to choose what we do,

How we do it,

And the people that we have in our lives.

So what are you going to choose today?

Take these intentions.

Take this energy.

Take this gratitude.

And I hope you have a beautiful,

Sparkly day.
