Amazing,

Beautiful heart.
And let's just feel into it.
Breathe into your heart space and your chest.
Taking some nice deep breaths into your heart.
Getting present with it.
Getting curious with it and just getting a little bit mindful and seeing it in just a little bit of a different way.
Instead of just having this heart space,
Let's just see how it lives in your body.
There's no right or wrong answer and it can change from day to day as we experience different things in life.
So let's just be open right now and curious to whatever's happening in your heart.
Let's get mindful if there's any colours in your heart space.
Even if it's faint or even if it's small,
Is there any colours in your heart?
And if there are,
What are the colours?
How vibrant are they?
Is it transparent or opaque?
Just get curious with no judgment.
Don't judge yourself if you don't see any colours.
Take a deep breath and come with compassion.
Feeling into any colours that are in your heart right now and just being present with them.
And are there any shapes?
How does your heart live in your chest space?
Is it big or small?
Is it circular?
Is it kind of just moving around like a wave?
Just getting present if there's any colours or shapes.
Are there any feelings in there?
What feelings are in your heart space?
How do these colours or shapes feel at this moment?
Remember,
Without judgment,
We're just here to experience and be present with it.
Just be open for it to show you exactly how it is.
And maybe some images come up as you're feeling into your heart.
And I just want you right now to just think on a scale from 1 to 10,
How activated is your heart?
How intense or how vibrant is it?
Without judgment,
Just having a number.
And I just be curious with this beautiful wisdom in your heart because we know that there's so much beauty in there.
How can we make it a little bit more vibrant?
How can we make that energy a little bit more,
A little bit more powerful in our body?
Just sit with it.
What wisdom does your heart have?
It knows how to become more vibrant.
It knows how to give itself more love.
So just be open to listening right now.
Maybe it's to go for a walk.
Maybe it's to hang out with friends.
Maybe it's to be alone.
What would make your heart feel so good right now?
What does your heart need today?
And just taking a moment,
Now that we're seeing it and listening to it,
If it feels any different to when we first started,
If the colours or shapes have changed,
And whatever's present is totally fine.
And just give your little heart space a little massage now.
With your hands.
So we're seeing it,
We're hearing it,
And we're feeling it.
And now we have this beautiful wisdom of what you can do today to activate a little bit more,
To be more present with your heart,
To make your heart more happy.
And set an intention right now for today to do something from the wisdom of your heart to make it feel more happy.
It doesn't have to be massive.
It could just be something really small.
Setting that intention of where it's going to fit in your schedule,
Of how you're going to feel,
Of how you're going to get it done,
So that you can live more from your heart space,
More from love,
More from the beauty of your heart.
