Let's meditate.
As you close your eyes and find a position that is comfortable for you,
Let's take a nice deep breath together.
Inhaling deeply through your nose and slowly let that breath out.
Inhale deeply once again and slowly,
With control,
Exhale.
Let's do that one more time together.
Inhale deeply,
Filling up your belly with air and slowly let that air out.
Continue to breathe in this way,
At a rhythm that is comfortable for you.
Noticing how your stomach rises with each in-breath and how it falls with each out-breath.
Allow this deep breath in to bring relaxation to your entire body.
What time the mind will settle down.
Be sure not to force anything or try to empty your mind.
If thoughts are happening,
That's fine.
Thoughts may take you into the future or the past.
You can acknowledge them and gently guide your attention back to your breathing.
I invite you to let go of your control over your breath and allow your body to breathe however it wants to.
Take a deep breath in.

We want that Sometimes we want stuff that we know isn't for us Sometimes we want to fit in places where we're simply not meant to be This wanton of ours is insatiable It often leads us to take more than we need and to hoard what could be shared The egoic mind knows nothing about abundance It knows nothing about wholeness It knows nothing about wholeness You are abundant,
You are whole Go deeper into stillness Remembering that whenever you find that your attention is no longer here in the present moment That you are here in the present moment You find that your attention is no longer here in the present moment That you can bring it back Bring your attention back so that you can experience what is here Don't force anything,
Don't expect anything,
