Energy Pathways In The Human Body: From Chakras To Meridians
by Filipa Costa
On this talk, I share what I perceive about the energy of the body. My concepts and perceptions on this topic are based on my experiences and may differ from what you have heard or perceived yourself, whilst some of my perceptions may be common and shared with others. To focus on a subject of this extensive topic, on this episode, I go into some detail about, in my opinion, what are chakras, what are their roles and how they are interconnected on a functional level. I explain my perceived differences between main chakras, secondary chakras and what is commonly called pressure points. I relate the functional roles of groups of energy points with the chakra system and with the three energetic dantians.

Hello everyone,
I'm Filippa speaking to you from Norway.
Thanks for tuning in.
In this talk I share a little bit about how I psychically see the energetic pathways and energy and chakras in the body,
My perceptions and even the concepts that I have on this topic that I'm going to share today are based on my experiences and my own channel and communicated information from beings of light.
So all of the descriptions are my own perceptions and may differ from what you have heard or perceived yourself,
Whilst some of them are probably common and shared with many others.
To focus on a subject about this extensive topic,
On this talk I go into some detail about,
In my opinion,
What are chakras,
What are their roles and how they are interconnected on a functional level and I also share about the communications between ancient cultures and ancient spiritual schools,
Such as the conception of Mother Mary and that,
Indeed,
As it's finally coming up to the surface,
There were Druidic women too.
I hope you enjoy this talk and without further ado,
Let's dive in.
I want to start with what we call the chakras and how I perceive them.
The word comes from Sanskrit,
As you probably know.
It's one of those words that we don't translate and they were and are mentioned and described by the Vedas,
The Hindus and the Buddhists.
But though with different words,
I actually think that other ancient cultures also work with the chakras,
As in they actually knew consciously what chakras were and how to work with them and had techniques to work with them.
From what I have understood,
Other ancient cultures used a different way of working with the chakras than the one described by the Vedas and the Buddhists.
So it's not really possible for us today to draw a direct comparison from the other ancient cultures and the seven chakras of the Hindu and Buddhist knowledge.
But if you pay attention and tune in to receive the information from the Masters and other beings of light,
You find that they were actually working with the chakras as well and by they,
I mean,
For example,
The Celts here in Europe and the Vikings.
These two examples lead me to another limitation in setting a direct comparison between the cultures' knowledge.
The Celts and the Vikings didn't leave things written down and much of the wisdom,
Really,
The juice of the wisdom within the circles died as the cultures died.
It's a shame that we don't have access to the original initiations of true light and fundamentals behind it from the high orders of the Druids.
But I think that as we are remembering we will begin to have access to these informations again.
The Druids were a subset of Celtic people here in Europe.
They were spread through the continent and in Great Britain as well and they had a high advanced spiritual knowledge and practices and they actually shared their wisdom with other spiritual schools and spiritual schools between them.
So,
With the Ancient Egypt,
Ancient Greece,
Which they learned a lot from the Egypt as well,
The Essenes and other people in the Middle East area and the Asia at the time,
All the way to Eastern Asia,
The Himalayas and current China.
And these ancient spiritual schools shared with each other knowledge and rites of initiation in one-to-one and in groups.
And from the information that I have received,
One of the tasks that many initiates around the Mediterranean area would have for a while was to go to Egypt and whilst there for a little bit work as a scribe some of them and translate some sacred and secret texts to different languages and make copies.
And they were shipped secretly afterwards between some of these schools as I call them schools.
So,
Not all knowledge is lost.
It's probably very well kept somewhere in some language that some people probably know and understand it.
Anyhow,
I'm really going off topic here but just to prepare you that I basically think that most things are talking pretty much about the same.
That chakras were well-known energetic points,
That they had different names and very importantly,
The techniques to work with them and the energy were very different.
And some of the things that have passed to me in my own channeling during training with different beings of light was that developing different techniques between these schools was encouraged and they were even supposed to be kind of experts in different things around spirituality whilst having similar practices that were common to many of them.
For example,
High-level druids were experts in shape-shifting and in ancient Egypt some were experts in light conception both with physical penetration and non-physical penetration how Jesus and many others were conceived.
However,
Mother Mary also had to be conceived through non-physical light conception.
She was the last child to be born and Anna and her husband were only able to conceive Mary Anna,
So who we now call Mother Mary,
After an initiation by a druidic women that was guided by Arianrhod.
You may know her name from the Celtic legends.
Although they were both experts and experienced in light conceptions from all their children before,
This one had to be non-physical and they also required some frequencies and energies that could only be received by the group of those women who work with certain divine feminine energies.
I'm telling this example,
This story,
To showcase how much the schools learned and helped each other.
I don't think it can be shocking if I tell you that from East to West,
They were basically saying most things the same and they were just using different techniques.
This works a little bit as a disclaimer that I don't see things as right or wrong and in drawers across disciplines,
So my own perceptions from my own experience as well might challenge some dogmas around these topics.
Now okay,
Let's go back to today's topic.
So now let me tell you how I see them.
Chakras are gateways of energy that have specific locations in the body and there are reasons for this but I will talk about that at another time,
Another episode,
But they are not physical structures.
The chakras extend and connect our physical body to all our subtle and non-physical bodies of energy and two different sources of energy including that which we call the source of creation,
God energy,
And thus they have in fact many different functions.
From what I can perceive,
Chakras are channels of energy that can open and close according to some type of specificity or preference for certain frequencies,
Even if the frequencies are not exactly what you would wish.
For example,
One of the things that the root chakra is associated with are feelings of safety and security.
So this means that the root chakra channel recognizes frequencies of safety and security in life.
The other pole of these frequencies are frequencies of fear and insecurity and because they are two poles of the same frequency,
So two sides of the same equation,
They share a similar structure in the foundation of their own frequencies.
And this conserved structure is what allows you to do transmutation from fear to safety.
It's by working with the energy in specific ways of what they share at the core that we change it.
There's different types of alchemy,
Okay I'm not going to it otherwise I'll never end,
But it is this same similar structure conserved thing that they share that makes the fear type of energies bind to the root chakra.
Now say that life experiences added more and more fear,
It grew,
Then what happens is that all of the receptors of this channel are saturated with fear type of frequencies.
Then to bring back safety we need to clear them,
Which is a form of healing.
For example,
If you are used to feeling afraid on a certain situation,
Then you are confronted with a new situation that although it does not bring any fear in the situation is different,
But it is similar enough that you can't help but feel triggered and be in that state of fear,
To be in the feeling that something is dangerous and suddenly the tables could turn.
This is why we can't simply just do affirmations and say from now on I'm no longer be,
Will no longer be afraid of x unless we have cleared and healed whatever is on all levels.
That brings us to that state of fear and that still makes those frequencies of fear still be present in that chakra.
This is one of the reasons why affirmations and those type of more superficial things,
Let's say,
Are just compliments of spiritual and energetic healing.
They don't have a power in themselves to go very deep and do deep changes,
Because you actually have to go deep on certain levels to do the changes from there.
In a very brief way,
Because the process is more complex,
But this is the basis of it,
Then the clearing of those energies in that chakra,
Then I can bring light frequencies and healing frequencies with my guides and other masters or another healer who also does this work,
Of course.
That's when things start to shift and life begins to be experienced in a lighter way and the universe responds to the new higher frequency that we are holding.
So in summary,
From my experience,
Chakras have affinity for certain types of frequencies that sit on their yin-yang opposites,
Because in essence they are two parts of the same equation,
Just two different poles.
Healing and clearing when dealing with these energies is exactly to play around,
Know how to play around and know what are the layers and levels that we have to work around it to truly bring in light and open up space by removing those darker and lower frequencies.
Now continuing on the chakras.
Then,
Of course,
Chakras carry a lot of information.
They are sensitive to different stimuli from inner origins,
But also from external energies.
And the information that they carry happens across time and space.
So in other words,
Across the universe,
Because in Chinese shamanic wisdom,
The universe is the combination of time and space.
In practical terms then,
This means that chakras can hold frequencies from this life,
From our past lives,
From all our ancestors and from all external sources that we have ever been in contact with,
Plus constantly receiving new information or energy.
So quite a lot that they do and that they are exposed to all the time.
Now the main function of a chakra,
In my opinion,
Is to act as a channel of energy.
And from this main role as an energy channel,
Then in my reading,
In my perception,
They can have certain specialties or specificities and affinity for certain types of frequencies,
As I have been explaining.
So this level of specificity as a channel then confers them a generic functional role.
For example,
Following up in this example that I described,
One of the functional roles of the root chakra is towards energies that are related with feelings of security and safety in life.
So this is one of the functional roles of the root chakra.
Then from this specific functional role,
What we get is what I call a family of chakras based on their sub-specificities,
Sub-affinities,
And sub-roles from a main energy and frequency umbrella.
And these family of chakras form like a micro-network of energy,
If you could see it or imagine.
So within a family of root chakra energy,
For example,
We have what is commonly called a main or major chakra,
Which are the famous seven chakras.
And the other chakras,
I call them secondary chakras,
For example,
The soma and the higher heart chakras.
Then there are other smaller energetic points in this network of family of a root chakra or other seven main chakras that I differentiate them from the chakras and simply call them by their most common name of pressure points or acupoints.
So in my view,
There's a seven family of chakras,
Each composed by a main chakra,
By secondary chakras,
And by pressure points.
And I'll let you know why I distinguish the pressure points from the chakras.
I'll go into it shortly.
Next,
Each family of chakras is linked or connected to each other through the energetic pathways commonly called meridians or pranic channels.
These pathways also connect all the chakras between each other.
And here we can find both a linear and spiral energetic pathways between the seven main chakras that follow the central nervous system from the basis of the tailbone,
Going up the spinal cord all the way to the top of the crown of the head.
Some secondary chakras are also part of these linear and spiral pathways,
But only if they are active and functional.
Also,
Some pressure points are also present along this main central energetic line on the spinal cord.
And whilst not participating in the main lines of energetic pathways,
They do participate in secondary energetic pathways,
Which can also be linear and spiral.
And all of this together,
When you look at it,
Can make the human energetic body look like a big tree with a big,
Main,
Thick torso composed by several layers of different spiral and linear energies that branch out upwards to the sides,
But also downwards.
And then these branches are also somehow interconnected between them,
Except then when they differentiate up to an isolated point,
Then they are just kind of connected to a main branch and then so on,
Reaching the torso.
So it's actually quite cool to see it sometimes.
And just to remind you,
This is how I perceive the system.
And what I'm going to continue saying next on this episode is also how I perceive the system.
As I was saying,
There are more than one linear energetic and spiral energetic pathways between the main chakras,
Between the main and the secondary chakras,
And between these chakras and the pressure points.
And this that I'm saying can actually sometimes cause a bit of confusion for some people,
Because it has happened during sessions that when I'm explaining what they're doing in that moment or something,
And I say something like,
There's a tube of light coming from your lower back up to spine,
Some people immediately say,
Oh,
I know what that is,
That's the Kundalini.
It's something else that is some other energetic pathway that's being activated or cleared or healed or whatever in that moment.
But because I don't have names,
I can't say what it is.
So I just explain the energy of that tube of light in this case and what it is about or what are the effects of it or why it is.
So I explain kind of the effect and the cause,
But I don't have human words in any language to actually say what that is.
So one of the take-home messages that I would like you to take is exactly this that not everything that goes from our spine up to the crown is the definition of Kundalini or the Yin and Yang energetic lines.
So what is called usually the Ida and the Pingalam.
So surely these are main energetic lines,
But they're not alone,
There's more to it.
Now,
One of the things that happens is that there are points of crosstalk between the pathways at certain energetic points.
This means that there is some overlap in the areas of the body that are under the influence of a family of chakras.
For example,
There's huge overlap between the three lower chakras and then between the three upper chakras.
In the upper chakras,
One of them is not the main chakra,
But I'll talk about this another time,
But you can clearly see overlaps in the energetic areas of each family of chakra and you can also see energetic points of crosstalk and even the energies kind of overlap and merge a little bit.
In my interpretation of the written information,
This is why this crosstalk and the huge overlap of the energetics in the body,
This is why the ancient Chinese wisdom splits the energetic of the body into the three parts,
So the lower dantian,
The middle and the upper.
Kind of very briefly,
But just to kind of support the information that I began by sharing,
That probably they were all talking about the same thing with different words and using different techniques.
These three energetic parts by the Chinese is one of the points that I see as common to the Celtic culture.
They have a lot of similarities also around the importance of the number three and the system of three in energetics is something that we also find a lot in the Celts as well as in the ancient Chinese shaman's wisdom.
So there's clearly something very similar happening,
Although not being worked in the same way.
Now this is where I know I will probably upset many people,
Probably again in this episode even,
Because I think you know what's coming from what I've just said.
For some it's going to be okay,
For others it's going to be very irritating.
The energetic points of the dantians are not seen nor considered as chakras,
Neither in the literature nor by experts,
But I see them as chakras.
You'll see that the energetic point of the lower dantian corresponds to the sacral chakra,
The middle to the heart chakra,
Not the higher heart,
The first heart chakra,
And the upper point corresponds to the third eye chakra.
I don't say that they are chakras because they have the same approximate location.
Remember that they have acupoints in the body on the same energetic locations and still they are acupoints and not chakras.
I say that they are chakras because it has been my understanding from experience with energy because it has been something very intuitive in the energetic work.
Actually,
Working with the dantians is something that is very intuitive to work once you perceive the energy and once you start perfecting the way to work with it.
It becomes super intuitive to work in such a system of three energetic parts.
The last thing for today on this topic is what I referred earlier when I said that the acupressure points or pressure points,
Which by the way,
They're also called varma or marma or eye pressure points,
Though these are not chakras.
Although some acupoints do have the same physical location as some chakras,
Including the main chakras,
Actually,
All main chakras have a pressure point that gives physical access to it in a way from what I can tell,
From what I can see.
Still,
These weak points we call acupoints are not chakras.
The reason I say this is because they don't have an energetic structure,
An energetic matrix like a chakra does.
They're kind of more like communication points or points of communication.
What I mean is,
And without taking any importance to them,
They are also energetic channels,
But instead of having so many capacities and functions like chakras do,
They are simply channels that allow a circuit of energy to pass through,
Permitting the transmission of information passing through them to travel through an energetic pathway.
So they don't metabolize energies,
They don't hold loads of energies and karma or process energy like a chakra does.
They simply allow the flow of energy that transports some kind of information.
And if there's a blockage on the pathway,
Whether somewhere in the pathway itself,
Or another chakra,
Or in an organ,
Or in a muscle,
Then these points indicate that to us through the touch.
In a sense,
They are kind of physical outlets of our energetic system that reflect both non-physical energy and the energy of the parts of our physical body because by touching these points,
We are touching and going into contact with some part of our body and spirit.
And we can use them to achieve healing even just by pressing on them and checking how they feel,
Like tense or not,
Painful or not,
And we can gain some really good insights of what may be happening.
And ultimately,
Every member of our body and outlet of energy in our body,
Like our hands,
Feet,
Ears,
And face,
They bear within themselves a map of our internal body system.
When you physically heal something in these places related to an energetic system,
What in essence you are doing is healing energetically an internal organ.
For example,
Reflexology and acupuncture can do this with the right person who really knows how to work with these points.
All right,
And I will stop here.
It's already been quite a long talk,
