This week we are going to talk about mindfulness and how to start enjoying life.

It is increasingly important to have a positive and balanced state of mind.

We have already talked in prior recordings about reaching mental peace and how important it is not to be saturated.

So over time you will see that your peace of mind will grow and everything will be more straightforward and accurate.

Humans in the third dimension can perceive linear time for various reasons,

Including being able to learn and develop.

And I have to say that there is a lot of polarity or even self-denial,

But life is constantly changing and challenging.

Perhaps I would say that life is much simpler than what we perceive it and thinks we can do it in a much easier way.

So mindfulness is the ease that heathens difficulty.

Our society asks more and more of us and this requires us to have a mental balance when it is perhaps difficult to do so.

And besides,

Sometimes it seems that we want to find a path with more mindfulness which only adds more things to that pressure,

Including the time needed to be mindful,

Which only adds stress.

But this is not the way to approach mindfulness.

As mindfulness it is not something that you spend time on,

Like meditation for instance.

I want to bring your mindfulness straight forward and as always from a practical point of view.

And as I said before,

Everything is much simpler than it seems.

The principle of polarity is genuine with everything.

Few people would say that the invention of mobile phones were wrong,

This would be foolish.

But it would also be to say that it is not the absolute invention.

These make our lives immeasurably more manageable,

But they also bring a lot of cargo and junk that we don't need.

A lot of things to do,

A lot to carry and a lot of commitments.

Also,

In a way,

Being more connected means being busier.

But this is not the goal for today's talk.

The goal is to understand what is taking mindfulness away from us.

This is simply but tedious because it takes time.

And running is counterproductive.

For this reason,

It is essential to understand your life and how that things are useless,

As in the example of before,

You need to address.

Therefore,

Understanding your life well and managing your time better will already be worth a lot,

Since you will feel more mindful towards things like having a better peace of mind.

And you have to take everything into account.

It is essential to understand that everything is more significant than just one thing.

In other words,

What we have discussed so far is very good,

But it is not enough.

Your physical,

Mental,

Spiritual state matters,

And you have to look a little more here.

For example,

Unfortunately,

Fear rules in many aspects of our society,

And by default,

We always expect negative results more easily than positive ones.

A good example would be health.

You have to be aware of taking care of yourself since we only have this one body in this lifetime,

And we have to take care of it.

However,

It is pretty standard for this to become a fear that will not let you live fully.

Here is another situation where you have to be mindfulness.

The key is not to get carried away by fear or negativity.

For example,

If you know that it is not harmful to your health to have a romantic dinner from time to time,

Do not hesitate to have it.

Otherwise,

You are deriving yourself from a positive experience,

Or if you deal with fear,

You will not be able to enjoy them fully.

This makes a difference when it comes to returning back to your obligations,

And the same when we talk about pleasures in life like sex.

You may be hurting the other person and yourself due to fears and not wanting to face them.

Or even worse,

Your fear lack of mindfulness could create self-esteem and personal power problems for your children if you have them.

In these situations,

You only suffer and lose the quality of life when technically it should be the opposite.

It is not difficult,

Like I said before,

You must project love and happiness in life and never let things go just like that.

It is essential to solve what is negative or depriving you of thoroughly enjoying any aspects of your life.

Understand your life,

What you have left over,

What can you manage better,

And what do you need more of.

All of this will contribute a lot to have a better mindfulness in your life,

So now is your turn to go little by little,

But with mindfulness,

And discover those little things that bring color to your life.

Sometimes leaving behind the necessary and adding a little something else can make an astronomical change,

So make sure to keep this in mind.
