Meeting me in a comfortable position with your eyes closed.

Bringing your awareness to your breath.

The way your chest rises when you inhale and falls when you exhale.

Imagine yourself in a situation where you feel you're most confident.

How do you feel when you are your most confident self?

Repeat silently to yourself right now exactly as I am.

I am enough.

Visualize yourself in a place where you feel you're least confident.

Whether that is in a specific place or with a specific person.

Repeat silently to yourself right now exactly as I am.

I am enough.

Picture someone close to you.

Someone you love.

Someone who struggles with their own confidence.

Repeat silently to yourself right now exactly as you are.

You are enough.

Bringing your attention back to the room.

Back to your body.

And back to the sound of my voice.

Start to welcome movement back into your body.

Bringing movement into your fingers and your toes.

And when you're ready,

Gently opening your eyes.
