Remembered wellness is a guided meditation that involves focusing on past experiences of being well. This practice is adapted from Jon Kabat-Zinn's Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Program. By turning your focused attention to the past memory of wellness, you begin to embody that wellness in the here-and-now.
