Good day,
Beautiful people.
Good morning.
Good morning,
Soul family.
So very honored and grateful to be here,
To have been given the opportunity to wake,
To see another day,
To experience the beautiful mountains that I'm surrounded by,
The beautiful sounds of nature,
And God's absolute perfection.
This morning I am coming on here to talk about the timing of spirit,
The timing of spirit and the timing of God and how it's much different often from our individual timing.
And so whatever it is that you are currently experiencing,
Whether it's finances,
Whether it's family,
Whether it's children,
Your marriage,
Maybe you're going through a divorce,
Maybe you've received some amazing news that you got a promotion and you've been working at this for some time now.
In my case,
It's putting on a retreat in April in Arizona.
And as I was journaling this morning,
God continuously reminds me that our timing is not God's timing.
And often in the loop of wanting things to be a certain way,
In the everyday monotony of wanting things to be a certain way,
How we want them to be,
Often when we look back,
We thank God because thank you spirit for things not going the way we thought we wanted or needed them to go.
God always knows what we need,
Even when we don't,
Especially when we don't.
So this morning's prayer is specifically dedicated and directed towards the timing and the unfolding and the process of our lives.
Whatever that looks like for you,
The individual,
Because whatever it looks like for you,
The individual,
Myself included,
Everything is absolutely perfect.
And so one of the things that I was journaling this morning was I was speaking in regards to how so many times in my past I wanted things to go a certain way.
And it was later revealed why those things did not come to fruition or why those things didn't happen in the timeframe that I thought they should.
God is not a should God.
God is an absolute God.
So what does that mean?
It means that in every moment,
In every situation and circumstance,
In every blip,
In every breath,
In every individual who takes their last breath,
And in every individual who has been born into this life,
Everything is absolutely perfect exactly as it is.
And so let us just take a moment to honor that.
Let us take a moment to honor the fact that we have a loving creator who absolutely adores us that knows us by name and that continuously is seeking to express itself through us as us.
There's so much power.
There's so much beauty.
There's so much will and love and grace in this divine supreme power.
And so as I was journaling this morning,
I was reminded of these things.
And I was also reminded of how many times I questioned God.
I questioned God's timing.
I questioned my finances.
I questioned where I was living.
I questioned who I was in a relationship with.
I questioned the conversations I was having.
I questioned this.
I questioned that.
And I refuse to do that anymore because I know how good God is.
Not because of money,
Not because of a social,
Financial,
Economic status,
Not because of where I'm living,
Not because I'm single,
Not because I have very few financial obligations,
But because there is a fundamental goodness to life itself.
And when we tap in and we tune in to that fundamental nature,
Life becomes sweeter and sweeter.
And so I opened this prayer in gratitude,
Gratitude for waking to see another day,
Gratitude for the ability to record this prayer and to send my mom a good morning text message,
Gratitude for waking up with the subtle kink on the left side of my neck.
Thank you spirit for my ability to feel.
Thank you for my abundant healing powers that reside within me.
Gratitude for the covers that kept me warm last night.
Gratitude for the heater that I'm sitting by this morning.
Gratitude for the pen and paper that I get to journal in each morning.
Final gratitude.
Gratitude is truly a way of living and it will change your entire way of living.
So in this moment,
God,
I thank you.
I recognize that there is absolutely only one power and presence and that power and presence is you and your love.
Your love that chases us down,
Your love that sits with us in the deep dark corners,
Your love that is with us through addiction,
Through mental strife,
Through depression and anxiety,
Through those moments and seasons of grief.
God,
Your presence is always sufficient in the absolute fullness of your love.
And so I am in gratitude to recognize in this moment that I and every other human being,
We are unified in your presence.
There's no separation.
It's merely an illusion.
You are constantly expressing yourself.
And so let us continuously be the open conduit,
The open channel,
The open vessel,
The open space and place for you to express and beam through us.
Gratitude for our yoga mats,
Gratitude for the practice of yoga,
Gratitude for the love that resides in our hearts,
Gratitude for knowing that our hearts can never be broken.
They may ache.
They may ache deeply.
But knowing that our heart is a muscle,
It can only be strengthened.
In the tough times that we face Spirit,
We know that they are short.
They may seem like an eternity,
But we know that there's only one eternal life and that eternal life is found in your presence,
To know you in our hearts,
To be steeped and rooted and centered and grounded in your presence in spite of,
Because of,
In lieu of any situation or circumstance.
It's merely an opportunity for us to grow and become closer to you,
To surrender quicker,
To surrender deeper,
To surrender in the manner that we know your absolute perfection is at work.
And your absolute perfection is at work in the silence,
In the stillness,
In the movement of the trees,
In the movement of the cows,
In the movement of the butterflies.
Your absolute perfection is found in the breath,
In the way that the sun shines every single day,
In the way that the moon illuminates the night sky.
We know that your absolute perfection is at hand when we see a newborn enter the world,
When we hear a baby's cry,
When we see children playing.
Things are happening all around us.
And so I ask and encourage you,
What prism and lens are you looking through?
What are you willing to see?
Because if you're willing to see love everywhere,
That's exactly what you will see and that's exactly what you will feel and find.
And so I am so grateful in this moment to realize that you give yourself to us freely.
We have full access and availability to you,
To your presence,
To your abundant nature,
To your absolute perfection of love and harmonizing prosperity and harmonizing goodness and harmonizing peace.
When we need reminders,
Let us just walk outside and see the absolute perfection of your nature.
I love you,
I honor you,
And I thank you for your presence.
I thank you for everything.
I am in gratitude that you don't give yourself to us in pieces,
But you present yourself in its fullness and in its wholeness,
The divine supreme.
And so I give thanks for this prayer.
I give thanks for all that is.
I give thanks for knowing everything is exactly as it needs to be.
I give thanks for the smiles and the tears.
I give thanks for the people who are in a position to remember that we get to do life together,
That we get to share in life together,
That we get to come in community,
And that there's an agenda at hand.
There's an agenda at hand to continuously keep us separate from one another.
But thank you,
God.
Thank you,
God,
For your presence.
Thank you,
God,
For your work.
Thank you,
God,
For your work in our hearts.
Thank you for your reminders.
Thank you for the grace that you present to us.
I give thanks for this and so much more.
I release this prayer by saying,
And so it is,
And so be it.
Everything is exactly as it needs to be.
Whether we understand it or not,
Whether we like it or not,
It is okay.
Continue to ask questions.
Continue to do your own research.
Continue to explore.
Continue to travel.
Continue to travel the many worlds inside of yourselves.
I love you all so very much.
Have the most beautiful day.
