Grand rising,
Grand rising,
Good morning,
Good morning,
Good morning,
Good morning.
So very grateful.
Oh boy.
So very grateful to wake this morning,
To have breath in my lungs,
To wake with all of my limbs,
All of my sensorium,
To wake knowing that my internal organs are functioning at a high capacity.
Grateful.
So very grateful.
I was journaling and it came upon me to record this prayer and share this prayer and also hone in on gratitude for all of our individual and collective trials and tribulations because there are many.
And I am so very grateful and in such gratitude,
Pure honor,
Pure joy,
Pure honor to be able to record this prayer,
To be able to be here right here,
Right now,
Because God knows this has not always been my life.
And I am here to remind you that progression is necessary.
Patience is required.
Discipline is required.
And we must be gentle with ourselves along the way because we are doing the best we can with what we have and what we know.
So with that being said,
It is time to step into,
It is time,
The time is now,
Because that is what we have.
That is what we always have,
Presence,
The presence of spirit,
The presence of God,
The presence of love,
The presence of grace,
The presence of joy,
The presence of understanding and patience and compassion.
And this presence is always present and is never in absence.
So the time is now to step into the greatness that God has created us to be.
It is time to step into the being that God already knows you to be.
Spirit already knows you to be this vessel that operates from a space and place of abundance.
Spirit already knows you to be this joyous being.
Spirit already knows who you are.
So it's time that you begin to know who you are.
It's time that you begin to release and let go of the programming.
It's time that you begin to let go of the conditioning and all of the mental gymnastics that you go through on a moment by moment daily basis.
We know it's exhausting and we are here to remind you to release it,
To release it.
It doesn't serve you.
It doesn't serve us.
It doesn't serve the collective.
And the more you go through those mental gymnastics,
The more you stay in that space of lack and limitation and scarcity and you are in a space of perpetuating fear.
And so there's many things that we need to do.
However,
Progression is present.
Patience is present.
Joy is present.
Grace is present.
So as you listen to my words,
As you join in on this morning prayer,
Just be still and know that God is present.
God is always working in action.
God is in its fullness right here,
Right now in you,
In me,
In us.
So let us take a moment of silence or a few moments of silence as we just be in gratitude for the breath in our lungs and the presence of God.
Thank you,
Spirit.
Thank you,
Spirit,
For this reminder.
Thank you,
Spirit,
For the love that is always present.
Thank you,
Spirit,
For our trials and tribulations,
Knowing that anything and everything that we have ever encountered,
That we will ever encounter is here to teach us.
It is here as a gift.
And I understand some things may not seem like a gift,
Especially if your child sneaks out or your child is lying to you or you're currently filing bankruptcy or possibly going through a divorce.
Maybe you receive some not so promising perceived news that someone is sick.
Maybe you are having car trouble,
Whatever the case may be.
Everything is here to teach you.
Everything is here as a gift and a lesson,
And it is all depending upon how you choose to see it.
And here's the thing about choice,
Beautiful beings.
Without awareness,
There is no choice.
One must be aware of themselves internally and externally and the presence of spirit being present in their life in all ways.
And then that leads to the function of choice.
So we must first become aware.
We must become aware.
And that awareness leads to choice.
And Rachel,
Why are you so passionate?
Why do you share so much?
Well,
Because I know what it's like to suffer.
And I know that we have a choice in our suffering and we can choose to not suffer.
So I leave you with that.
We must first acknowledge the suffering.
There's four steps of the noble truths that the Buddhists follow that we must acknowledge that we suffer.
The second is that we must then acknowledge that we can end suffering.
Then we must acknowledge that there is a path to suffering.
And the fourth is acknowledging that we can end the suffering.
I love you.
I honor you right where you are.
You are beautiful.
You are perfect.
You are an exact expression and emanation of spirit just as you are.
And the same creator that created all of the universe and the galaxy and the planets and the stars and the sun and the moon and the flowers and the plants and the trees and the forest and all of the ripples and the currents of the ocean,
That same creator created you.
That's how much you are loved.
I love you.
Have a beautiful,
Amazing day.
And until next time,
Remember that love is present right where you are.
