Monday Morning Prayer 1-31

Join me this rising as we affirm the Truth of our being which is Love. The power of choice is extremely jubilent, and it is when we practice and steep ourselves in the highest Truths of all Truths; Love. You are Loved beyond measure, and always prayed for.

Good morning.

Good morning.

Graham Rising.

Good day.

Great day.

Maybe it's the afternoon or evening when you have come and stumbled upon this prayer,

Knowing that it is perfect whenever you listen.

Honoring the reverential silence,

The revelations,

The aha moments,

The joy,

The bliss,

The ecstasy.

Let us take a few moments and just honor the silence and the stillness in all that is.

Starting our prayer as always in gratitude.

So very grateful to wake this morning.

So very grateful to wake in a bed with warm covers.

Thank you Spirit for food,

Clothing,

And shelter.

Thank you for the electricity that we're able to plug the fridge in to keep the food fresh.

Thank you for the filter on the water so that we can have clean drinking water.

And thank you for the clothing that clothes our backs and keeps us warm,

Keeps us protected.

So very grateful this morning for this beautiful sunshine that is out.

So very grateful for its warmth and its communication and its healing powers and the vitamin D it presents to us.

So very grateful for the cows as they are our lawnmowers as they are nourishing their body temples with all of the grass that they are receiving.

So very grateful for every insect whether we understand its functionality or not.

So very grateful for every fly,

Every bee.

So very grateful for the natural process of nature and its pure perfection.

So very grateful for the cuddles and the warm snuggles of Zen last night.

So very grateful for my yoga practice and the honesty that the breath presents.

So grateful to feel the wind upon my skin.

For the wind that moves the wind chimes.

So very grateful for each and every single bird that speaks and sings and communicates amongst each other and amongst us.

Being in gratitude for the rushing flow of the waters that are in the river behind us.

And for every single human being.

So very grateful for the beautiful watch whom a plant that is growing in the yard.

So grateful for the fertile soil.

God we come to you this morning,

We come to you this afternoon or evening whenever it is that we listen to this and we just ask that you wash over us in a brand new way with peace,

In a brand new way with abundance.

That you enter our hearts in brand new ways because your perfection is absolute.

We thank you for harmonizing prosperity.

We thank you for beauty.

We thank you for love.

We thank you for grace.

We recognize in this moment that there's only you spirit.

That there's only you,

The only ingredient in any batch of cookies.

The only ingredient in any moment in every bit of communication.

In every exchange,

Physical,

Mental,

Emotional,

Sexual,

Relational,

Financial.

That you are at the forefront.

That you are at the core.

We recognize that we are unified and united.

Standing in a united front with you spirit.

There's no separation.

There's only the illusion of separation.

And as you continue to enter our hearts,

As we continue to surrender,

We realize that it is merely an illusion.

And so we realize in this moment that there's only this moment.

We realize that you give us access to joy and peace and bliss and abundance and harmonizing prosperity and grace in this moment because that's all we ever have.

And so we realize that you give us full access to you in this and every other moment.

Because all we ever have is the present moment.

And I'm so grateful that it is a present.

I'm so grateful that it is the gift that keeps on giving.

I'm so grateful to know that no matter what situation or circumstance is being presented in our individual lives,

That the greater collective,

The highest truth of all truths is love.

This is not some whimsical fairy tale.

This is your promise.

This is your absolute perfection.

Everything is perfect in harmony.

Everything is perfect in your absolute perfection.

And so we realize in this moment and any other and every other that you are God and that you are at work in the midst of a process,

In the midst of a breakup,

In the midst of a divorce,

In the midst of a financial struggle,

In the midst of a foreclosure,

In the midst of a receiving of news of someone not being in the most optimal health.

We know optimal health for them in their life,

Right where they are.

We know your promise is perfection.

We know your promise is optimal health,

Optimal mental health,

Optimal emotional health,

Optimal physical health,

Optimal financial health and wealth.

And so Spirit,

We realize in this moment that all we must do is turn to you.

All we must do is surrender over and over and over again.

And that's the practice.

The practice is to practice.

The practice is to show up.

The practice is to pray.

The practice is to meditate and journal and allow the body temple to move in whatever which way it deems and wants to express itself.

Thank you Spirit for our body temples.

Thank you for our sensorium,

The pleasure of being able to feel,

Touch,

Smell,

Hear,

Taste.

Thank you for our intuition,

Our innate intuitive nature.

Thank you for the genius operating system of this body.

Thank you for the movement of our arms,

Our hands,

Our wrists,

Our fingers.

Thank you for the functionality of our legs,

Our joints,

Our knees,

Our ankles,

Our achilles,

Our feet,

Our toes.

Thank you for every single organ that is operating and functioning at the highest capacity for our greatest and highest goodness.

Thank you for our digestive system that breaks down the foods that we eat.

Thank you for our ability to go to the bathroom.

Thank you for our teeth,

Our tongue,

Our mouth,

Our jaw,

For our throat.

For those of us who have the ability to see with our eyes,

Thank you Spirit.

For those who have the ability to hear with our ears,

We thank you Spirit.

Even if it's a cloudy day,

The sun is still out.

Whatever is happening,

Let us be in gratitude.

If it's raining,

Things are being washed away.

The soil is being hydrated.

The flowers and the plants are receiving the proper nutrients from the water that they need.

If it's snowing,

Honor the beauty of each individual snowflake.

Spirit,

We thank you.

We thank you for our want,

Our desire,

Our ability to pray.

Thank you for our beating hearts.

Thank you for the breath that you put in our lungs,

Breath after breath,

Moment after moment,

Day after day.

Because as much as we have planned,

As many amazing things as we want to do with our individual lives,

Tomorrow isn't promised.

Five minutes from now isn't promised.

So thank you Spirit for these moments of gratitude.

Thank you Spirit for these moments of prayer.

Thank you Spirit for these warm cuddles of Zen.

Thank you Spirit for the beautiful sounds and the melodic melodies of these beautiful birds,

Knowing that they have a language of their own.

Thank you for the harmonizing prosperity that is.

Thank you for the joy and the beauty that is.

Thank you for the joy and the peace and the grace that is in the midst of strife,

In the midst of grief.

Thank you for reminding us that we don't have to overcome grief.

We simply move through it and we do so with your grace and your honor and your dignity.

Spirit,

We thank you for this prayer.

We thank you for all that is,

Because all that is,

Is sufficient.

So whatever you're doing in these moments of this prayer,

If it's getting ready for work,

If it's on your way home from work,

If it's winding down for the day,

Maybe you're making dinner,

Maybe you're going over your finances,

Stop and pause and be in gratitude and thanksgiving for this here moment.

Everything is perfect because Spirit says so.

Everything is perfect not because I say so,

Not because your bank account has thousands of dollars,

Not because you're about to go on a cruise or a vacation.

There is a fundamental law and order of goodness and it is time that we honor the fundamental goodness of life.

It's the simple things,

Y'all.

And so I love each and every one of you.

I honor each and every one of you in the process of emotions,

In the process of feelings,

In the process of memories,

In the process of releasing,

In the process of finances,

In the process of transitioning from one job or career to maybe being an entrepreneur or maybe going into a career that you've always dreamed of.

I honor you in the process of your labor.

I honor you in the process of raising your children.

I honor you in the process of the divorce that you're going through.

I honor you in the process of raising a family as a single mom or a single dad.

I honor you in the process of caring for a loved one.

I honor you in the process of being at the grocery store or pumping gas in your car.

Thank you,

Spirit,

For the ability to put gas in the vehicle.

Thank you,

Spirit,

For being able to do whatever we need to do for the vehicle in the way of it being safe for us.

God,

I love you.

I release this prayer by saying,

And so it is.

So be it.

Everything is perfect and absolute as it is.

And I want to touch on something briefly before I end this.

When you live a life where you have God at the center of your heart,

At the center of your decision and making and the choices and the functionality of your life,

When you're talking about God in the midst of someone losing a loved one,

When you're talking about God in the midst of someone going through a really painful time,

Many are not going to understand that.

Many are going to look at you like you're crazy,

That you live in an alternate world.

And you do.

You live in the world and in the reality of a capital R with God at the forefront,

Knowing the fundamental goodness of love and life and pure perfection.

And misery loves company.

And many are committed to their misery.

Many are committed to the functionality of depression or anxiety.

Many are committed to the stories that they've told themselves for years.

So when you come around talking about God and the fundamental goodness of love and life and joy and harmonizing prosperity and revelations,

Many are not going to be able to receive that.

Many are not going to want to receive that because that negates their stories of victimization,

That negates their stories of separation,

That negates their stories of focusing on racism,

That negates their stories of focusing on the difference between social and financial economic status.

So I encourage you to stay steeped and rooted in your process,

In your life,

In your relationship with love and your relationship with God because it is personal and it is intimate.

Just a reminder,

Wherever you are,

Love is present.

You are the most amazing,

Beautiful,

Glorious day.
