Sunday Morning Prayer

Join me as we kickstart the day in remembering the love that is ever-present. Affirmative Prayer is a very powerful way to hone in on the presence that is always present. Practicing gratitude is all we do!

Good morning.

Good morning,

Graham Rising.

What a beautiful,

Glorious morning.

And whenever you listen to this,

Maybe it's the evening or maybe it's the afternoon,

Or maybe it's the middle of the night and you can't sleep and you feel like you just need some love and some prayer action.

Well,

You have come to the right place.

So before we go into prayer,

Let's just take a few moments of silence,

Being in gratitude for the breath in our lungs.

So very grateful to have been woken up this morning.

So very grateful to have this breath in our lungs,

Knowing that the rainfall that I personally experienced last night washed everything away.

As water always does,

Makes all things new,

Cleanses,

Refreshes,

Revitalizes,

Rejuvenates.

Water is and has always been such a great healing property and healing modality.

And so I am so grateful and thankful for all of the rainfall,

Knowing all of the goodness and greatness it's doing and will continue to do for Mother Earth.

As it is watering and nurturing the soil,

It is watering and nurturing us,

Providing water for plants and flowers and animals.

Knowing that nature is perfect in all of its aspects and all of its facets,

Knowing that nature is exactly as it needs to be without thinking.

It is designed to pure perfection.

Even in the middle of a perceived disaster of a tsunami or an earthquake,

Nature is still perfect,

Responding to itself,

Doing exactly as it needs to,

When it needs to,

How it needs to.

And that is a great omen for us as human beings,

Honoring ourselves,

Honoring our heart,

Honoring the spirit of who and what we are,

Which is life.

Life is moving through us.

Life is sustaining our breath.

Life is functioning our body temple at high capacities to be able to operate and function throughout our days.

Life is ever present,

Ever moving,

Ever changing,

Ever evolving.

And life,

The force of life is our very life.

And so we just operate and stay in this space of gratitude,

Knowing that any function of our body temple,

Of our emotional body and our mental body,

Is operating for our greatest and highest goodness,

Not only for ourselves,

But for the collective,

As we are a small part in a greater whole,

Knowing that the whole is in our small part.

As I listened to the birds,

As I was just blessed to see three birds bathing themselves in a puddle before me,

I started to smile.

I started to smile because,

Whoo,

Spirit is present.

And that is the present.

Spirit,

God,

Love,

Intelligence,

Beauty,

Peace,

Abundance is here,

Right here,

Right now.

There's nothing that we need to do to receive this.

It is God's promise.

And it is God's gift to us.

And these gifts are bountiful and they're plentiful and they renew themselves moment after moment.

There is no space,

No place,

No crevice,

No corner,

No dark area of our lives that spirit is not.

Knowing that spirit is in direct correlation,

Communion,

Communication,

Connection with us,

And that we are in direct connection with spirit.

Knowing that spirit is always communicating with us.

Spirit is communicating with us through flowers,

Through plants,

Through colors,

Through sounds,

Through images,

Through the warm,

Tender touch of a loved one,

Through an animal companion.

Spirit is communicating with us in all ways that we will receive this communication and spirit will not stop in any specific form.

Spirit is endless.

Spirit is beginningless.

It is what it is because it is.

And so we are very grateful to be here,

Right here,

Right now,

Being able to speak this breath of life,

Being able to speak this love of life,

Being able to speak and operate and be and stand and sit in this vibrational harmony of life,

Knowing that the orchestration is perfect exactly as it is.

And that is where we reside in the bountiful,

Beautiful orchestration of love.

Knowing that spirit is us and we are spirit.

We are a direct reflection,

A direct encounter.

We are a direct expression,

Emanation,

Unique unfolding of spirit.

And even as there are twins or triplets in this world,

Each individual has a unique expression of spirit.

And so that is why each of us is uniquely different.

Even with us being uniquely different,

We are all being threaded and woven with this invisible thread of love,

With this invisible thread of peace,

With this invisible thread of joy.

And so we are grateful and we are honored.

We are honored to be present.

We are honored to have breath in our lungs and we are honored to take on this day wherever we are in our lives,

Spiritually,

Mentally,

Physically,

Financially,

Relationally,

Wherever we are,

Whatever has come,

Whatever will come,

Whatever has happened,

Whatever will happen.

Because we trust in the law of the universe.

We trust in knowing this innate knowing that all is designed and all is operating in its own design.

Spirit only knows itself.

Spirit only knows love.

Spirit only knows joy and peace and abundance.

It doesn't know any of these other things that the human mind creates or the stories that we tell ourselves.

So this is why the practice is so important.

To reside in the space and place of love,

To reside in the space and place of healing,

To reside in a space and place of joy.

And the beautiful aspect is that we get to choose this.

When we become aware,

When we get quiet enough,

When we go deep within,

We become aware.

And that awareness leads to choice.

And so we get to choose this vibration.

We get to choose the prism and the lens that we are looking through.

We get to choose how we live our lives.

We get to choose how we show up and we get to choose how we love.

And so let us love fully,

Wholly and completely because that is what is being poured into us.

God does not say,

Let me give you a bit of myself,

Just a little bit.

No.

Spirit gives you its fullness in every capacity,

In every situation,

In every circumstance.

And to remember that there are no problems in the eyes of spirit.

There are only solutions.

There are only teachings.

There are only lessons.

So we give thanks.

We pay homage for those who have come before us.

And as we continue to grow,

As we continue to heal and as we continue to expand,

There are many things that we will learn and there are many things that we must unlearn as we enter our heart space over and over and over again.

It is the heart that is communicating with the mind.

It is the heart that is sending multiple signals and multiple bits of information throughout our day to the mind.

So let us enter that heart space and reside there.

Reminding us wherever we are,

Spirit is.

Wherever we are,

Love is.

Wherever we are,

Joy and peace and abundance is.

And so I give great,

Humble thanks to know this truth of my life and to therefore know the truth of your lives wherever you are.

To know that shame,

Blame and guilt has no space here.

To know that every action and function of your body,

Emotional,

Mental and physical body temple is aligning and realigning and recalibrating exactly as it needs.

That we are to stop questioning the aspects of life and to be present with and to be an observation with without blame,

Without shame and without any form of guilt.

Because love and grace is always sufficient.

And so I leave you with this quote,

One of my favorite quotes by Ram Das as he says,

We are all just walking each other home.

We are all just walking each other home.

And so I honor each and every one of you.

Right where you are,

You can choose different.

You can choose love.

I thank you.

I see you.

I honor you.

I cherish you.

And you are prayed for and you are loved.
