Allies throughout our lives and Today we're going to just touch the surface of how to connect with them.
Let's begin Sitting where you are Whether you're outside Whether you're in a room visualize a powerful bright white light around your whole body a warm regenerative light that penetrates through all of your cells This light is protective but it also acts as a signal a receptor magnet to our angel guides That we're ready to say hello Over time you'll probably be able to do this silently.
At the same time as we're invoking these angels I'm sending you a beautiful Reiki healing energy for a bump in connection So as you sense this powerful membrane around you Let's call in our angels angel friends We call upon you now and ask you to surround us with your perfect peaceful energy We open to receive your healing energy and guidance Now there's no limit on how many angels you can call in While we each have our own personal angel guides So so many angels are ready and willing to assist you with your life right now If this is your first time making a connection You may sense Tingly peaceful warmth around your body.

They say we are here with you We are here with you Loving you guiding you caring for you sometimes Angels bring messages of kindness kindness towards yourself Towards your relationships towards the whole world Do you notice any symbols as you close your eyes?
Maybe you see a feather a key or rose Maybe you see colors Maybe you hear or feel messages of kindness But even if you don't Even if you're never able to physically sense this sensation this connection Your angels are here to guide you Through the biggest and the smallest moments of your life Through the sacred mundane.
They're engaging with you through song through lyrics written words messages from other people signs on the street You may see a sign that says angel,
But either way They're always supporting you on your path.
Let's just take another moment to sense their goodness their kindness And thanking them for showing up today We'll see them again soon.
