Welcome to this morning meditation,
Where we'll welcome the day with some powerful solar goddesses.
The morning is a time to start anew and fresh,
No matter how your day was yesterday,
No matter how you slept.
It's a reset we're all fortunate to have,
Another day to practice being kind to ourselves.
But sometimes we may need assistance as we begin our day.
So let's use this meditation to connect with spirit and get a boost of energy,
Inspiration,
And spiritual support.
If your eyes are not already closed,
Take a moment to close your eyes and focus on your breathing.
Breathing in and out.
In and out.
Focusing on your breath,
Begin to envision or imagine a white and golden light around your body like an egg.
The light of spirit,
Source.
Let's sit in the light of this presence for a few moments,
Comforting,
Comforted,
Safe,
And supported.
As this golden light around you grows brighter,
Wider,
Wiser,
We'll call in some powerful goddesses to help us prepare for our day.
First,
We welcome Sekhmet,
The fiery Egyptian sun goddess,
Whose name means strong and mighty.
Sekhmet sometimes appears with a lion's head and a woman's body,
Bold,
Courageous,
And fiercely loving.
Feel or imagine her fiery presence touching this golden light already around you,
Glowing and bursting like solar flares.
Think of an area where you'd like to feel more courageous today,
Where her energy can boost yours.
I'll give you a moment.
Beautiful.
Thank you,
Sekhmet,
Sekhmet,
Sekhmet.
Next,
We move to Anya,
A powerful Celtic goddess and elemental queen who helps us spread our wings and take leaps of faith.
Whether you're in a life season of inspired action,
Rest,
Or somewhere in between,
Anya can buoy us as we take inner and outer risks,
Holding our hands with spirit,
As we walk or fly out of the safety of our comfort zones.
So think of an area where you're taking small steps toward a bigger goal,
Or where you may be experiencing indecision,
And let Anya's wings support you like the rising sun.
Thank you,
Anya,
Anya,
Anya.
And last,
Let's head to the Baltics and invoke the powerful goddess Saula,
The goddess of the sun itself.
In Lithuania,
Saula is depicted with golden hair,
Golden silk clothing,
A golden scarf,
And a golden crown.
Remember the golden and white light still present around you,
And think of where you would like to experience renewal and regeneration today.
In what ways are you hoping to open your heart to the stirrings of life?
Thank you,
Saula,
Saula,
Saula.
Lay or sit here with me now,
Filling up with courage,
Fire,
Renewal,
Holding hands with spirit as you enter this day with intention and grace.
With thanks to Sekhmet,
Anya,
And Saula,
Feel free to envision or imagine this golden light throughout your day as a reminder of your own inner power and warmth.
I'm sending you love,
And have a beautiful day.
